This is an appropriate price if the apartment had already been remodeled. This is very common in Thailand, especially in tourist/retirement areas for the pricing to be on the aspirational side.
Totally unrealistic price for a condo in a fully corrupt developing country. I can earn 5% on that money and use half of it to rent over there a nice place and live off the other half. Zero capital gain also over there which makes it unfavorable. Go ahead fools and your money, you know the saying...
