I would like to buy or rent every property from your presentations. I think it requires a lot of thought to sort out locations with amenities that are really required compared to dreaming about living there. It is quite hard to separate the two.

Superb, designed for the right target market. If I was to buy in Thailand I would love a villa but fear the legal aspect of the ownership experience. This ticks most of the boxes, amazing outdoor space, which is the main reason for owning a villa.

Not sure it’s great value to buy adding the cost of land lease as a foreigner, but the rental price is incredible for a fully furnished new villa. I’m not surprised it’s already rented out by the time I watch this video !.
