The plastics next to radiator should also be red. Looks like a project bike with panels matching radiator color.

Same as regular car loan. Insurance might be high if no recent street bike experience/ insurance.
If you want one of these bikes you should look into the Husqvarna 701s, they have very similar engines

Yeah they are not painted, just red plastic like a dirt bike. Interesting choice for sure.
