People who have doubt about Vidyut's Baseline Physique:
    1. In order to achieve Force 01 body, one needs to train for a handful of years to look like that. In that duration, you already exhaust majority of your Genetic Potential.
    2. It's relatively easy to maintain a body than to build it. Vidyut's body bounces Up & Down a lot, however, he still looks pretty good once he's off cycle, because his baseline physique is what an Average Individual dream for.

Sir l just wanna add three things
1 vidyut started his training at early age but it's of martial arts and kartipayatuu have nothing to do with bodybuilding or getting big so it may be possible that he is a new begin when he debuted in films
2 during promotion of commando2 adah sharma had mentioned that he used to do exercise before taking the short so he may be pumped up during commando's shirtless scene
3 after commando 3 his TH-cam channel have videos where he is shirtless and doing some fitness exercise and he is having same bodyfat as that of commando3 but also lost his muscle so it may be possible that the lockdown videos are not too accurate to tell whether he is off cycle or not
So these are the reason for me to think that he is natural

The fact is that today's health industry is fully converted into unhealthy industry just to make money. People make these hero's or actors as their idols but there is no need of it. The biggest idol must be you parents because they are the only one who care about your health and wealth. Just go slow and be natural. gaining lots of muscles doesnot define your strength. Your greatest strength is you WILL power.
Thanks for the nice video. I hope people will learn from this.

Thank you. Very logical / knowledge based video. Vidyut is a legit martial artist and a favourite. However, so unfortunate that all these athletic, super-fit stars like him and Tiger have to rely on steroids, which gives such a wrong message to the youth. As per Joe Rogan (UFC) a clear sign of steroids is popping up of trapeziods (traps) during the "on" cycle, which is also regrettably evident in this case. Best wishes to your site.

One thing I would like to say, when he did his initial movies,he just came fresh after doing years of only martial arts(which requires agility and restricts him from putting on mass) and mostly body weight trainings (calisthenics/gymnastics/CrossFit) . But when he got more opportunities in movies, he knew he had to put on more mass. Probably he hired a better trainer and nutritionist too which helped him to put the needed mass and look aesthetic too. I just think sirf Command 3 has been a steroid show. But before,it seems he's has been natural.

I have a theory , it may be true or it is just that I can't digest the fact ,
Vidyut has been a martial artist . Martial arts focusses on balance with body weight exercises .
He must have been doing kalari till 2011 but , I've seen the before of Junglee , he used to weight train which I think he started after force ...
Don't you think he would have benefited from newbie gains ..
Also about the lockdown video , as the gyms were closed and I've seen that he trained only kalari that time and with that
Our body aligns with the nature , balance through fasting .
He might be Fasting as we can see on his yt how good of the balance he had .
Also about your line , you can only be two
Do you think even Jeff cavalier is on steroids ?
    He's all three ?
    Please think bout it

I am the biggest fan of Vidyut Jamwal. But still I can't believe that this type of transformations are natural. If you are natural then in the time period when you are completely free to achieve your body goals then you have to be better then before. But in this case Vidyut is loosing his muscle mass in in free time when he can focus on his body. I am definitely sure that this is hardest worker in the room so he definitely work on his body in his free time. But without any anabolics.

Buddy .. It depends upon the heavy weightlifting and high calorie to achive heavy muscles. during lockdown he did training for a lean body, he did much of martial art exercises and cardio exercises that reduces the muscle mass and increases the stamina .. Whereas before the shooting of his movies, He do hard work on Gyms to attain heavy muscle mass as per the requirement by the Film Crew members ..
If you see a any Olympic athlete then they have a lean body but many retired athletes now have heavy muscles because now they don't do that much jogging and cardio to boost their stamina .. Now many of them does heavy weight lifting to gain musle mass .
