When I reached to 60% of the video, my curiosity kicked and thought to see channel subscriber. I took it granted that it would have easily 5 to 6m subscribers. I watch his interviews with para sf and other genius people all the time. When I actually saw the number I was shocked and couldn't believe my eyes. Honestly couldn't understand what has happened to our people. Why they do not subscribe to great content which actually help them in their lives. Why they always go behind bullshit content and only entertainment. I am puzzled that is the ratio of curious & hungry people is so low in India? I am really worried for my India. This is highly underrated channel.

Wtf, you're not allowed to use steroids in bodybuilding? This conversation is a joke. The post cycle therapy is no flush out. The effects of steroids are permanent, the body's natural hormone production is shut when you take hormones exogenously and PCT is an attempt to restore the body's natural hormone production, if possible and to restore other health parameters that are disturbed due to the use of external hormones. However, steroids are used in medical field in form of hormone replacement therapy when the body is naturally not able to make sufficient amount of a certain hormone, that hormone is provided to the body externally.

In my first year of calisthenics, i only worked out and build up strength and never followed a diet. I didn't have any six packs but i had a solid core(can do front lever and handstand) but once i started to eat clean, i felt better, became more stronger(as my protein intake was complete) and eventually looked better. A proper training program with a good diet can do wonders. Didn't even think of steroids because i was scared of it. Yeah, thats about it. Peace.
