Guys repeat after me😎 - Calories in and calories out. Walk 5 km you can easily burn almost 500 calories depending upon your mass . Eat dense food which are rich in fiber( will keep your stomach full) that are less in carbs and do increase the intake of protein if you are on a carb deficit to avoid loss of muscles during your cut or fat loss routine.

Guys, natural bodybuilding is slowwwww very sloww but very rewarding. It takes atleast 5-6 years to reach 7-8 times of your bodyweight total. A simple diana + low dose trt works wonders and make it look like top notch natural transformation. Jessy, and Saket, are you kidding me.
