(You can if you want to permanently take it off for some reason, but people shouldn’t be forced to, it’s wrong.)

It is also a requirement for women to wear hijab in Islam so removing it would go against our faith. You simply cannot remove the hijab, even for just a few hours. A’Isha ra was a woman when she consummated her marriage with prophet Muhammad pbuh and she was engaged to him before she hit puberty, they were engaged when she was 6 but waited till she was 9 to marry and consummate the relationship in fact A’Isha was engaged to another man before Muhammad pbuh and broke the engagement because the mother of the other man said that A’Isha would influence her son to be a Muslim if they married which she didn’t want as they were non Muslim.

There is no judgement here. If this hijaby girl is my daughter I will advice her to find another job. Because what her employer doing is not islamic and by her preparing her employer for photo with a reveling dress and adjusting her dress she is doing somthing against islam values.
