I have always liked the R-Pods layout, and really like the models that have the outdoor kitchens. Sadly, Forest River builds these things with the cheapest of materials, and finding one that doesn't leak like a sieve, or has any longevity is rare.
I really love this new layout. The bed is not ideal but its great for this size and weight. At least you dont have to convert a dinette every night. Love the rear kitchen. No wet bath, yeah! Pleasing interior design. It's a winner!
Thanks PJ! Like this one and only feedback would be a twin bed layout offering! Love to see the acrylic window and think all manufacturers should be using these as well as tankless hot water. Way to go Forest River! We owned 2 Roo’s in the past 😉
It comes with EVERYTHING standard, but the backup camera and ladder are extra? What the hey? I also don’t like to do deep knee bends to use the microwave/convection oven. And what about closet space? If they’d put a shirt closet at the base of the bed that would be great.
Privacy shades and screens should be reversed. The privacy shades should pull up from the bottom. That way you have privacy and airflow if you leave it a few inches down from the top.
Nice trailer but No Slide Out. My R-Pod 180 has more room because of the slide out and a much bigger bathroom with lots of leg room. This would be a nicer trailer if it had a slide out. Price is fair.
I like the no slide feature. The only change would be to swap the closet and frig side with the dinette/cabinet side. Who wants to look at the sewer hose.
Looks like it has the standard axles. Where does the battery go? Out on the tongue? Can you add another solar panel or replace the 100W with a bigger one?
PJ's videos are too long, 25-30 minutes long! But, I always end up watching the whole video. PJ is so engaging and comprehensive that I don't even notice 30 minutes has passed.
Thank you for the informative video. Just two questions; 1). Could the microwave be pulled out and put up on the countertop and the space where the microwave was be used for storage? 2). What is the MSRP as well as estimated sales price as is?
Great layout except for the bed. Who ever is on the edge of the bed will have to deal with the other person climbing over them every night so they can use the bathroom.
2025 year is about $30K but the ladder and back up camera are extra. Does the grey water go into the black tank? Looks like the battery sits on ground?
I think I would request the Microwave Oven removed and that area made into storage. I would either go with a countertop Microwave or try and modify a portion of the kitchen cabinet into a shelf and put the microwave in there.
Hopefully Forests River are installing all the bolts in the AC unit now. I purchased a 2018 RP-180 and it leaked around the AC unit because it only had 2 of the 5 major bolts installed. The build quality was crap on unit I purchased. I did not buy from this dealer.
What is the MSRP? What is the sales price of any?😊 The only thing that I really don't like is the microwave being that low. To bad they couldn't put in a small oven in that space and then put in a small to advarage size microwave on the counter!😊
These are not for everyone…our first camper the bed was like that..of course in those days crawling over each other was fun…these are small affordable campers and that is the only way to add extra space…just because you don’t want one does not mean that nobody will want one….we have great memories of our first small camper…would not trade those days for anything….
Everything bangs into each other. The fridge and cabinets. it would drive me nuts to hear and then see the results of all those door bangs. Honestly thought she put a dent in the fridge.
Nice starter trailer, but lost me with microwave being almost on the floor. That looks lower than most other ones. A better place would've been the cabinet space right beside fridge or even above the sink. Yeah just swap them. I wouldn't mind if it hangs a little lower than a cabinet would & takes up some of the open space above the counter. I'd rather that than the microwave being so low. And why don't most TT/RVs use microwaves with vents. Then they could go above the stove. That really would've been perfect for this RPod
"prefect" all right... except for a) climbing over the other person to get out of the bed b) fridge opens in the wrong direction (DOH!) c) micro on the floor is very... ummm... d) sink is super tiny e)remove sink from bathroom and make toilet more centered to give you more room for what you need to do in the bathroom... wash hands and brush teeth in kitchen sink which should be twice the size. f) why no free ladder? g) no price included because it is OVERPRICED for sure... LOL..
I hate, hate, hate a stark, all white interior!! Gives me a headache and anxiety. I hate hard beds, too. I love the floor plan but i can't tell you how over i am with stark white interiors. Its hideous and cold. So many cool new things campers are offering today but why put them into a cold, uncomfortable camper? So when it comes to new campers, its a hard pass for me. Until they have warmer, cozier interiors, anyway.
Best RV reviews on the Internet. Hands down.
Comes with EVERYTHING... but the MSRP
An ideal RV for a solo camper!!👏👏👏
extraordinary little trailer. Truly useful featuers. amazing use of space. EFFICIENT

Yep. And materials matter since almost every trip down the road is like your trailer experiencing an earthquake
Totally agree. That is why I have An Intech Sol Dawn. Top quality
I really love this new layout. The bed is not ideal but its great for this size and weight. At least you dont have to convert a dinette every night. Love the rear kitchen. No wet bath, yeah! Pleasing interior design. It's a winner!
Agreed
Very nice love the see through cabinets and counter top space

We’ve had a RPod 195 for over 5 years and love it!
Love the R-Pods, I'm on my 4th year with a R-Pod 192, couldn't be happier with our decision to get it.
It comes with EVERYTHING standard, but the backup camera and ladder are extra?
What the hey?
I also don’t like to do deep knee bends to use the microwave/convection oven.
And what about closet space? If they’d put a shirt closet at the base of the bed that would be great.
Do any of these new Rpods come with twin beds?. We can't crawl over each other due to a car accident.
how much is it
2 burners…one for the past and the other for the sauce!💕
Privacy shades and screens should be reversed. The privacy shades should pull up from the bottom. That way you have privacy and airflow if you leave it a few inches down from the top.
This is my Most Favorite #RPod194
Glad you pulled out the blue vac bag! It showed how far back the closet really goes! Love ya, PJ!
I'm wondering if one of those shelves folds up like on Ember or comes out so you could hang some clothes
I LOVE this one.. Except I need hanging closet space..beautiful otherwise!!
For a light trailer it's pretty nice
Nice trailer but No Slide Out. My R-Pod 180 has more room because of the slide out and a much bigger bathroom with lots of leg room. This would be a nicer trailer if it had a slide out. Price is fair.
Like it a lot. But would like a bigger square sink in kitchen.
I prefer beds in the back of the trailer for more privacy and quiet.
X2 👍
1 pop out...would have made this perfect
I like the no slide feature. The only change would be to swap the closet and frig side with the dinette/cabinet side. Who wants to look at the sewer hose.
That is a nice camper!!!
Is there an option for a smaller bed for those who would prefer one?
Looks like it has the standard axles. Where does the battery go? Out on the tongue?
Can you add another solar panel or replace the 100W with a bigger one?
PJ's videos are too long, 25-30 minutes long! But, I always end up watching the whole video. PJ is so engaging and comprehensive that I don't even notice 30 minutes has passed.
I agree. I enjoy listening to her, I find her voice soothing, and inviting. The best RV host on TH-cam.
Camping with a dog and having that interior would be an absolute nightmare…!!
Lose the dinette add two recliners with lagoon tabless
Gracias

Love this trailer only thing is that The microwave should be moved to the top storage cabinet to the bottom
2025 year is about $30K but the ladder and back up camera are extra. Does the grey water go into the black tank? Looks like the battery sits on ground?
very nice, is there a solar plug on the out side
I think I would request the Microwave Oven removed and that area made into storage. I would either go with a countertop Microwave or try and modify a portion of the kitchen cabinet into a shelf and put the microwave in there.
The Big window in front is the escape window. No worries
The drop isn't as far there either 😅
My thoughts exactly!

Why was the sheet dirty on the bed. Oh I know you had your shoes on the bed.
I'm not fond of stapled cabinets. The rest of it is okay depending on whether it's wood or aluminium framing.
Can you add an extra 100 of solar?
What is the MSRP?

It would be nice to have a couple of pull out drawers in that open space under the bed for clothing.
You could always add that feature yourself.
You could always add that feature yourself.
Great.
내부의 구조가 매우 안정되고 합리적으로 배치되어 피로감이 없는 굉장히 좋은 다자인.
I would have a great time redesigning this mess of a trailer!
❤️🧙♀️
Nice RV but east west bed is a no go when you have to crawl over someone to get out of bed
Hola cuánto cuesta ese específicamente y a qué lugar se puede ver por ejemplo vivo en Holiday Tampa Florida
Price
how much is this camper
Bad location for microwave. Plenty of room to have it located above countertop like normal trailers. Other than that nice little kitchen area.
You go to website, can't find it either 😒
More than 5,000 pounds loaded and wet. Too much on one axle.
Hate this they never say $$$$
I suppose another lippert frame waiting to crack
STOP making campers with those beds. Men have to crawl over their wives at night and it is no BUENO
Amen brother!
Your right
Twin beds please!

Anyone who has a smoke shop of a wife doesn’t mind climbing over her
Everything bangs into each other. The fridge and cabinets. it would drive me nuts to hear and then see the results of all those door bangs. Honestly thought she put a dent in the fridge.
The microwave door should open the other way.

Why a permanent bed?
Make it a Huge Dinette for entertaining
which folds down at night or the morning 🌅 for bed
That's a daybed 😢
The microwave is too low 1 bad back 2 knee surgery 3 arthritis 😊
Part of it is that you're a very small woman.
Thanks for the review. Friendly advice... it's s rude to climb in a bed thats not yours with shoes\sandals on.
I agree but it's a model 🙄

Please ur trying to hard . You’re talking too much. Had to fast forward most of it ….
