- Aaron White has one of the coolest garage gyms I've seen. He's based in the land where petrol flows like milk in honey, Dubai, and his gym is called the White Box Dubai. Aaron has equipment from all the major players like Rogue Fitness, Eleiko, Kabuki Strength, EliteFTS, and others. Not only is he strong, but he's a tremendously nice guy.

Such an awesome setup. What’s even more awesome is that his wife approves and is even complicit ie buying him barbells and working out in the gym as well. Thanks for sharing your gym. And you’re proof that gains can come even after 40 years old.

He is. There are so many cool people we've gotten to meet in this community.
I just will never understand why these home gyms have so many plates and barbells..... Don't get me wrong this place is unbelievable.... But that's just unnecessary
More plates for your mates
It’s because they are enthusiasts. It’s about more than just fitness for them. And some like to train with others. So if you want three people powerlifting at the same time you need more plates.
The average person obviously only needs 500lbs and two bars depending on what they do. I personally prefer CrossFit style gyms where it’s mostly open space. This place looks like a powerlifting library it’s packed so full.
You and Aaron always make me feel better when I think I’m buying too much equipment 🤣

11:12 Dude doesn't know what bar he's looking at. Walks up, lays his hand on it, gets a good feel of the knurl, and is like, " oh yes, that's the Eleiko...". Man knows his bars and clearly uses his stuff. Even the bar that doesn't get much use, knows it by feel. Amazing!
When I saw "Dubai" in the title I was in no way expecting a video like this. Thought it'd be a super flashy gym in a mansion or something lmao
This guy is living in an expensive area. And that is a very expensive gym (and equipment). But it looks great and would love to have that in my house someday (when/if I get a house).

Like the gym set up, hope one day to get mine has completed as he has his. Back in the military days, Dubai was my favorite place to go. If you get a chance to go Coop, jump on it. Cough Cough business expensive.

Collecting is basically like a drug, you buy more than you'll ever need just because. With that said, what ever keeps him motivated and lifting then he can fill his house to the brim with plates if need be.

Awesome gym; great guy. But, as much as I like the gym, my favorite thing was his Smuckers Jelly socks!
I like the pink color Ohio bar as well although you have 2 pink bars.
This dudes got like 40 barbells for decoration and I'm just trying to save up for one lol sweet setup though man.

They do have some beefy stuff. 7 gauge.
Plenty of companies make 7 gauge stuff... Alot of companies that make much more heavy duty stuff Than rogue and sorinex...
Very nice gym, but honestly a bit overkill. A pro athlete would not need so much. Only a personal trainer operating from his home would need a gym a of this level. You gotta learn when to stop. He does not even have any room for his nice cars now.

This guy should be lifting a lot more than 600 combined in there, especially for his bodyweight. I weigh about 30+ KG less than this guy and have 680 combined from a run of the mill commercial gym. B180,S240,D260.
Those barbells alone are prob 10k all together 😪
