This is like seeing your little baby grow up to being a superstar. The cute little, lesser known show I used to watch in Netflix, now winning all them emmys. I low-key teared up
We’ve been watching it on TV for years now in Canada, glad it caught on in the states, so you guys could enjoy it too. Sad it’s over, but so happy for them, they are all wonderful human beings in addition to their acting chops!
They deserved those wins. For years they were overlooked by the Academy up until last year. And that final season was brilliant! They ended the show on such a perfect note and did not overstay their welcome.
Why is Eugene so awkward in interviews? He has been doing them for a long time now. It's hard not to compare him to Martin Short who is so smooth and funny on talk shows. They came up together.
Eugene has zero chill. He’s such a proud dad. The Rose / Levy family are everything. Congrats to all of them. Watching this little show take on all the big networks / streamers and win was incredible.
They freaking nailed it. And the relationship with David and Stevie was also superb in its complexity/simplicity. That statement should be a contradiction but it is absolutely not. The relationships on this show were simply well done. Well written and acted well by all parties.
I love seeing the most humble people get rewarded so extravagantly. I wish we got to see the standing ovation they all would have gotten in a concert hall
COVID forced me in to watching this show, and I just realized that’s one of the very few bright things of this crazy year. I loved this show from episode 1! I’ve cried, laughed, cringed, so many emotions...so happy for all of them! They’re amazing and they deserve all the success in the world!
Anyone who doesn't like Schitt's Creek or The Levy's simply have no soul. The show from start to finish was exceptional. The Christmas scene was so poignant and clever I applauded it, all the money in the world doesn't make you happy, what does is being surrounded by people you care about. It was funny, emotionally provoking and succinct in a way that isn't easy over a period of 6 seasons. Emily Hampshire was incredible too especially the Cabaret scene. Well done guys. 👏🏻👏🏻
I was rather late to the Schitt's Creek party, and just finished it the other day. What an absolute gem! I can't think of another show where the central characters all grew and changed throughout the series, like the Rose's did. The Christmas scene was remarkable. There were so many big moments in the show, it's tough to pick one. I love Moira and her reaction to Patrick's serenade was almost more meaningful to me than David's. Almost. Lol.
She’s amazing. I’d say Daniel has the most talent, though. He is only 37 and won 4 Emmys in one ceremony. He can act, write, and direct and make it look easy.
I lost it when Eugene said it’s the pace that scares talk show hosts because I totally see that when he does interviews lmao but he’s so sweet I could listen to him all day. Ecstatic they all won! Beyond deserved.
I loved Dan’s answer about his slow paced response and how it’s reserved for only the sweetest people. They are just adorable. And while Dan May poke fun at his father, it is never disrespectful.
From the moment Catherine O'Hara screamed as her wigs were threatened in the pilot, I was hooked. Been watching since it debuted on POP. Congratulations, Rose family!!!!!!
Honestly, I felt it was a shame that she wasn't winning for this role before season 6. The whole cast was extraordinary and deserving, but Catherine was, imo, the crown jewel of a truly amazing show.
I really love the Good Place as well as Schitt's Creek, but ultimately they really deserve all the wins. Every single episode was pure gold from every season.
Karen From Finasse I was pretty gutted to not see The Good Place get a win, them being in their final season also. But I a started watching Schitt’s Creek and am enjoying it - I’m sure as I get through the seasons it will only get better, too.
I could not be happier for this cast and crew to win their awards. This is one hilarious show. I’ll miss this show but I’ll always have my laugh with this series!!
I was born and raised In Toronto and moved to LA in 1973 to do a medical residency and never left. My late cousin Gerry Salsberg was in Second City with Eugene Levy and Catherine O’Hara as well as I’m memorable production of God spell that included Paul Schaefer and Gilda Radner. It was so nice to see Paul playing piano in the dream sequence Season 5.
It's crazy they went from practically unknown to sweeping the Emmys and breaking records!! I remember my friend showing me the show when they were in their second season, I had never heard of it. And then I was hooked. I am so glad they got the recognition they deserve! It's so wholesome, the fact that it's with their family, and then their Emmy mini party, Such a shame they didn't get to experience the real thing. Made Canada proud :)
I found this like many during the Spring lockdown and fell in love. It transports you to a place of love and inclusion. After watching the nightly news, this was my antidote of hope. This show will always be a part of me now.
Jimmy thank you, thank you , thank you, I’m from Hamilton Ontario where Eugene and Martian Short are from, they grew up not far from where I grew up and we are soooooooo very proud of the cast and crew of Schitt$ Creek. If you thought Sarah Levy was excited we were tearing it up in our living room too. My poor grandson who just turned one nearly jumped out of his play pen everytime with squealed with delight everytime they mention everyone’s name. We are just soooo proud of the all and to Eugene OSKEE WEEWEE SIR we are proud of you. 🖤💛🖤💛🖤💛🐯🐯🐯🐯🐯❤️❤️❤️🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 ( he’ll know what Oskee WeeWee is all about 🏈🏈🏈)
What if... Moira starts a "Masterclass" type of acting lessons channel on TH-cam. Just fun little skits here and there. That would be hilarious and probably fun for them to do! None of my friends watch it, but I love it so much that I've rewatched episodes and still amazed at how genius it is. Funniest, sweetest, most genius show I've seen.
I love Eugene laughing at his son’s impression of him... omg, these are such lovely people. I’m glad we could celebrate their joyous love and creative talent with them. What a gift, especially this year.
*WE. NEED. SPIN-OFF. WITH. ALEXIS.* This show lagged behind for 5 seasons at Emmys and sweeped 'em for the sixth and final season. One of the most wholesome shows of all time.

Deserved wins all round, and the overall acclaim the show has gotten worldwide. These legends have been giving us amazing comedy and performances for decades, and finally, they've got international recognition for it!
This was easily my fave show this year; perfect to watch during a crazy year! I loved all of the characters- and literally just finished the show before the Emmys so I was 100% hoping that they would clean up at the Emmys - so was super glad they all got their seperate Emmys plus the outstanding comedy award. There was no weak season or character. Going to miss the show and hope they bring us either a film or Christmas special; but as the writing was so strong, I agree with Dan, it has to be right, as they set the bar so high over the 6 seasons.
Schitts Creek is so great and solid escapism. Hilarious acting and writing. It's insane how I love everyone on this show. Continually amazed at how invested I am in every single character.
Love Schitt's Creek and everyone in it! Such a great show! They all became so real that now that I've finished watching all the seasons, I keep reminding myself to watch 'The Crows Have Eyes 3' or 'Sunrise Bay' and then have to remind myself that those are not real. A big Congratulations to all of you! Thank you for bringing such joys in our lives through your work!

I absolutely love this show!!!! It made me laugh so hard during a time when I really needed it. So deserving of every Emmy that was won! Thank you all for sharing such a fun and loving show!!!!
Awesome show! So happy for them. I've been watching Eugene Levy and Catherine O'Hara since their days at SCTV when I was a kid. Loved them then and love them now!
Great show! Saw all the shows with my wife and kids as part of our family time ritual for a month. We all loved it and enjoyed it 1000%! Well deserved!!
I love that everyone will finallly get to watch this show, and will finallly get all of my quotes. I admit, I love all the seasons, but after Season 1, you've gotten to know the characters and things become SO funny in such subtle and hilarious ways. So happy for this group!
I love Schitt’s Creek since season 1 just came out, at the time nobody’s watching! Am so happy they became so popular and won these emmies!! So well deserved.
I got to know about it when Dan was promoting the first few episodes of the first season, it didn’t even air in India back then but there were ways and means available if one was motivated enough to watch. I have been on a journey with the Roses, waiting for each episode and I am beyond happy that they are all being rewarded. Happy to find a fellow Schitts Creek fan from Day 1!
First time I watched the show, I didn't know much about it, but I said, they sure got someone with good family resemblance to play his son! Hmm, I wonder if that IS his son?
I just finished watching Season 6 final episode and BAWLED my face off. I can't remember the last time that happened. As a Canadian I am so proud of this show, the cast, the writing and acting. It was such a fun ride i never wanted it to end. 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦

Catherine O'Hara deserved the Award just for saying 'Bebe'

I teared up watching their acceptance speech i feel so close to this show and was rooting for them

I remember watching it pre-netflix on POP and thinking, DUDE, this needs to be a US hit.
Just imagine those of us tuning into Pop on Day 1 just on the draw of Catherine & Eugene's names...felt like discovering gold!!
We’ve been watching it on TV for years now in Canada, glad it caught on in the states, so you guys could enjoy it too.
Sad it’s over, but so happy for them, they are all wonderful human beings in addition to their acting chops!
Eugene is SO proud. Such a doting dad and sincere artist.
And I suspect the people of the lobster fishery at North Rustico will be excited to discover that they have moose living nearby now.

Annie is so chill and zen. Complete opposite of Alexis.
The best actors can play opposite personalities.

She is actually a beautiful soul as Alexis and 100x more as herself!

@@MisterBigMac1 Yeah, I'm kind of glad that Abby Elliott turned down the role.
I hope Annie Murphy has a great career she is awesome. Put her in a Country Romatic Comedy.

I loved her in SC
shes been cast as the lead in this TV series "Kevin Can F**k Himself" sounds pretty interesting and dark
I'm looking forward to see what she does next. I think she could be really big.
She is so great
I binged watched Schitt’s Creek in May when was laid off. It is so good. Catherine O’Hara is a treasure. The bebe’! LOL!
Bebe 🤣
I binge-watched in the UK and I never binge-watch. I struggle to get past an ad break.
I'm watching it for a 3rd time rn, getting ready for Netflix release of final season 6 coming out Oct.8th

Dan Levy is the most adorable human ever created!
Dan Levy is a saint!
He sure is!
Best part of the show was Annie's and Daniel's spot-on love/hate sibling relationship. They nailed it.
Best portrayal of siblings I've seen on TV.
I'm only at Season 2, but the show does characters and relationships very well. David/Stevie is also very good.
EW DAVID

The one that sticks with me is when Johnny speaks up for Roland to his old "friends" at the restaurant.
I know of someone, a Canadian in fact, who despises the show. I unfriended and unfollowed him immediately. I was so disgusted.
Catherine has the best background. She of course reserves all the awards and wealth for a lifetime of good work!
