but i did not go to my interview becouse my wife she had symptoms of covid 19 .and we got denied. but we have document from her doctor and er that showing that she was sick in the period of the interview what shoud i do ? do im gonna face deportation ?thank you

I have the same problem sir even I'm hiring a lawyer but it was her fault before getting denial letter i received an Rfe and i grabbed all documents she asked for then at the end i got denied and now she said she going to appeal not refile? I need help

Sir I got 221 g and after submitting all my documents they asked for ! Few days later they sent me my documents which I submitted them and the sent a latter with documents where is written “ (Based on your interview and the documents you submitted to the U.S consulate General Mumbai. We will b returning the petition to U.S citizenships And immigrantion service USCIS for review and possible revocation.if a counseler officer receive information during the interview process that was not available to the adjudicating immigrantion officer at the time of petition approval and that shows the beneficiary of a petition is not entitled to the accorded status then the petition must b returned to USCIS for re-examination . Because of this requirement consular officers will return your petition and additional supporting documents to USCIS via the national Visa center U.S consulate General Mumbai will return the petition to USCIS within a few weeks . Once USCIS has received it you may address further Inquiries on the petition to the USCIS National customer service canter) could you plZ clearly this plZ Ma’am I’m waiting for your response’

I have 7 years married to a citizen we have two children, we have apartments together, credit card and proof that we have been together, two years ago I was in an application called credit karma and I filled my taxes there, my mistake was that I made single and many mistakes, I don’t even knew what I was doing, I just did it out of curiosity, then I verified and I saw many mistakes, this year fill in as head of the household because the person who helped me fill it told me that if I contributed to the house I could fill it up, my problem is that I want to make an amendment and solve all this problem! My interview for citizenship is in two weeks, can this affect me? If I take the amendment that I am solving the problem, does it affect me? What I can do?
