Hello there. Thanks for such an amazing video. Quick question. I’m a permanent resident, I’m going to apply for citizenship. My dad is here overstaying his visas. I want to file for him when I become a citizen. I know I’ll be asked where my parents are living or are they citizens or legally allowed to live here . What should I say when they ask me that question? Thanks

Hi Edward! We will do our best to ask your question during tomorrow night's show (3.1.21). In the meantime, could you email us AT askyourquestion@bradshowlive.com with your question and contact information so we can best help you with all your needs? Thank you again.
Either through marriage or through a job if a company is willing to hire you and willing to sponsor you for a greed card. H1B visa or you have family that are us citizens or green card holders. Or through the green card lottery.
I came to US in 1992, applied for asylum. In 2006 my case partially was lost in court system. Judge offered me A10 or start whole process from beginning. I took A10. Of course I’ve been working all this years and been decent person. In a few months I’ll be 70,retired and still applying for work permit because I need legal document. I was advised,my status can change only through marriage to US citizen. This way doesn’t work for me. My question is : Can I improve my status with so many promising positive changes . Thank you
