Though am resuming Conestoga in fall still waiting for my permit.
You request the acceptance letter from the college .. so what they give you is what you submit. The acceptance letter shows if you are still active in your new program and your new date of graduation.

@@Eve_rich you can only change your program when you are in Canada and already in the system and it depends on the school. My college they allowed me changed my program. So maybe it differs from college to college
If you don’t have a co-op attached to your program, when you are selecting the option for study permit extension ( do not select the option that comes with a co-op , there is an option for just the study permit extension (without a co-op)
