    Many people don't know about this but I recommend going to downtown Cairo. There are amazing old-fashioned and classical buildings architecturally. Check it out.

    Would you recommend a travel to Egypt with kids? I've got two children 8 and 6 yo that are fascinated with Egypt but I am not sure if they should make this trip yet.

      Kids should be at least in high school to understand the history.

      My mother took me places starting at age 3. I cherished every moment. I started retaining history bits around age 6. Get them interested at a young age to appreciate the culture and experiences. If you wait too long then they won't care about anything except their phones lol

    Why avoid visiting Egypt during Ramadan?

    Can you fly from Luxor to Aswan???

    • @CreativeTravelGuide
      @CreativeTravelGuide  ปีที่แล้ว

      They have the occasional direct flight but most flights go via Cairo! You can get a train or Nile cruise instead though

    • @someone6162
      @someone6162 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@CreativeTravelGuide Thank you for the quick reply to my query. How reliable are the round trip flights from Aswan to Abu Simbel?? We are stretched for time and wanted the most time efficient way to see the temples. We don't have time for a 3-4 day cruise down the Nile as our schedule is very tight.

    Hello, Im planning a trip to your beautiful country end of July - August (both cario and luxor) . Yes I love heat :) Can you please let me know which days business or attractions are closed? You mentioned "ramadan". Based on your Calander, can you please send me some dates? Also tour guide & tour tickets should be booked through our hotel?

    • @CreativeTravelGuide
      @CreativeTravelGuide  ปีที่แล้ว

      That’s great, we hope you have a lovely trip! So many shops and some attractions close on Sundays, while some places close from 11-1:30pm on Fridays for prayer. Ramadan is from March to April so you will miss that. For tours, book through hotels or we use “Get your Guide” when booking in advance

    Egypt, like most Arab countries had a large jewish population that was expelled. There are magnificent synagogues left there, that people should visit. You mention churches and mosques but you must mention the Judaic history after all it is one of the 3 great monolithic religions.

      مصر من اجمل بلاد العالم في الجانب الثقافي والتاريخي والتنوع في مجالات السياحة سواء العلاجية او الشاطئية او الدينية او المؤتمرات وغيرها قد يعيبها تصرفات بعض الاشخاص مع الاجانب لكن الاغلبية مرحبين ومضيفين وقلبهم طيب .
