Eddie Howe has literally said numerous times he has no interest in the England job at this stage of his career. Some utter weirdos seem to be pushing it in the same way they are with Gordon to Liverpool when neither of them have shown any indication they want to leave, desperately trying to derail NUFC in any way they can.

Alex crook has an obsession with trying to unsettle newcastle. He clearly doesn’t realise much about eddies personality because eddie has stated he LOVES day to day work and couldn’t stand only working once every few month. He took a break from football and after 2 weeks stated he was pulling his hair out.

Eddie Howe doesn't look like he's the type of manager who would enjoy international management, not at this stage in his career anyway, he's too hands on.
And yes PSR has hampered Newcastle but remember we're still the wealthiest club on the planet, we might not be able to blow it all on players atm but the work thats being put into the infrastructure will bare fruit in the future, and he'll want to be there when it does.
It's the perfect project, and it's his project. Come back in 20 years England once he's made his legacy

People should stop wasting their time talking about Howe and Carsley being England's new manager because you can be sure that the bookies' favourite Graham Potter will be named England manager within the coming weeks.
The FA will see him as their ideal man, as he's like Southgate and Hodgson rolled into one and is a free agent!
Potter's friendly PE Teacher act may have worked in the lower divisions of Sweden but he showed at Chelsea that he's not the right man to manage top-class professionals.
Apart from getting a couple of promotions in Sweden, what has he actually achieved in football?
He finished mid-table in his one season at Swansea, who, incidentally, got to the play-offs in the two seasons after he left, his Premier League win percentage at Brighton was very similar to Chris Hughton's and, like Swansea, Brighton were better off without him and he had a nightmare at Chelsea and has been out of work for about 18 months!
England are too good to fail in a massive way, so I'm not worried about us failing to qualify for The World Cup or anything like that but I can't see Potter matching Southgate's record.

Has anyone ever wondered why the England Manager has to leave their club to do it? The players have to mix playing for their club and their country, so why can't a manager? He only has to manage about 12 games a year FFS
Because the manager is employed by the club to put 100% of their time and energy into doing that job, why do they pay them? The players aren't employed by England, they have to get permission to be released from their clubs for internationals.
So they're waiting to see if howe gets saked then

@@hustler666100 more injuries than any other club last year you helmet. As for getting slapped up in the champions league , we got a dodgy pen against us in Paris and two of our group got to the semi final and one in the final.
