Great review! The hsienmo D45 sounds really good. I ordered a Hsienmo Mountains Rivers model after i saw your first Hsienmo GA review. Can't wait to get it. Thank you for bringing all the great guitars for us to experience. God bless you and your family.
Sounds really good, rich, clear Not too mushy or dull and has a good amount of punch and Oomph whithout mulm. Sweetness, fast attack and dynamic seems to be plentyful. Other companies would be happy to bring out such a sound generator.
Hello Jarvis , looked up this company and they have quite a variety of beautiful guitars available at very reasonable prices. The guitars coming out of Asia have really been great instruments and , in my opinion , are a much better deal than most American made guitars.
@@9ramthebuffs9 well in the era of advancing technology.. they will be many more of these new companies using innovation and technology to build better guitars that will and surpass what has been built just merely on tradition. This will mean that guitars will look better , better finishes that make the guitar look good as well as sound good, more stable necks and faster neck resets if needed or corrections
The dreaded "S-shaped hump" that often occurs on the upper fingerboard of acoustic guitars with dove tail neck joints after a couple decades is mostly caused by the fact that the fingerboard is a different wood vs the top that it is adhered to. And because they are in direct contact with each other, plus being 2 different woods, they expand & contract at different rates from each other during weather changes, which can cause the fingerboard to warp over the body with time. The result is a very costly repair/replacement. The "floating fingerboard" that Hsienmo is using should eliminate that possible problem altogether.
Another option for actually a boutique level guitar is the Recording King RD-342 like a D-42 at about $1000, the Adirondack Spruce takes a while to really bloom but by the 2nd and 3rd year they are amazing and only get better. One upgrade, to do immediately on these is to replace plastic bridge pins with bone pins (not ebony pins).
I got D45 but mine does say CMF I did not expect it n they hid it with a black tape . It evens looks good like yours without it then showing it to my buddy he found the plastic bag with the D45 company logo in it but was not tape to the insides so the custom would not see it. It does sound n look good for the money I paid for n free shipping!! China is getting better ! 👏❤️☮️
Im so so tempted to take the leap and buy a Hsienmo. I don't have the budget for a western made high end guitar - I just there was a way I could try one before buying here in the UK. They seem almost too good to be true from here haha
@@TomBedlammusic in life sometimes you have do go with your heart , take that leap of faith and jump if you feel it strongly in your heart .. honestly this is a very well made guitar - i dare say even better made than some of the major USA brands in the market - i can say this as i have handle literally thousands of guitars in my workshop over the last 24 years ..
The first Hsienmo I ordered from Li was a D45. It is just an outstanding guitar. It lives with a couple of it's US-made mates with names starting with M and C and keeps up right with them. I don't think it will be long before you will have a very, very long wait to get one of these.
Sounds like you're trying to describe taylor my neck system but if you change the angle you must have proper shims not just for the to but for the end or you have voids when you tighten it down
@@rickeydenler4272 nope taylor uses total of 3 bolts and the one on the fretboard extension is bolted now .. this one the neck extension is floating and not bolted down.
Hsienmo uses camel bone for all of their nuts, saddles, and bridge pins. I own 4 Hsienmo acoustic's, all from their custom shop, including a D45 with the aged/tone top, but mine has an Adirondack top in addition to the Adirondack bracing. It also has Honduran rosewood back & sides. The Adirondack & Honduran RW cost more, but definitely worth the mark-up. I HIGHLY recommend this great company. I love all 4 of mine.
Very interesting video, but… why compare it with McPearson? Maybe a good idea was a camparetion with a Martin, even a D28 would be enough.
