Great collection man! I just discovered your channel and have been binging your videos! I started collecting back in 2010. My first retro console (that i bought as opposed to having since i was a kid) was an N64 that i got on eBay for $20! Crazy that you could get deals like that back then.
You may consider redoing your bar. Because you don’t use it anymore and no one really sits at it anymore. You can install cabinets, backsplash and countertops on that wall. This will be utilized better than the current bar. You can consider selling or giving away your old bar. This all makes sense.
