I have never owned a Wii U. I know it has some good games for it. But you got an awesome collection of games for that system. Awesome video man 👍👍
Thanks man!
@@GamePlug_Retro You’re welcome bro.
If you have a Wii U, you should mod it. Modding it and setting up Pretendo will bring back many of the online features. You can use Pretendo without modding but you do lose some advantages. They do provide instructions on their site to change the network information so you connect to their online servers instead of Nintendo's servers which are dead anyway. You can change the network settings back to access your purchased games if you need to redownload them. I cannot confirm that because all four of my Wii Us are modded and I have copies of the games I bought installed on them.
That sounds awesome!
Mario maker is no longer playable
Look up Pretendo. Support is being worked on for it, not sure how far along it is for SMM.
only with Pretendo Network on a modded Wii U
Recommend any Wii u games?
I liked Woolly World
Any for multiplayer like for 2-4 people
@@nicxwp Try Wii Sports Club, Nintendo Land, and Wii U Party.
@@GamePlug_Retro yea I have Nintendo land it’s great I’ll try find a copy of Wii u sports club
Nice
i picked up a 36” series. i don’t have the model number but its a black one which i heard is harder to come by. i need to adjust picture setting and still move it into my house
it aint the resellers it's the douche on ebay trying to sell a 20 dollar game for 350
Adventure is another great game, like Zelda and dungeon crawlers before they were a thing. Warlords is another paddle game thats based on the arcade game, which gets pretty crazy with four paddles.
are u out on whack, hot jungle, mosquito bitten safari..or just down in cool basement, chillin, eat snack, playin atari❤
🔥
Think Chunky and Dixie should be their own characters. Not clones.
I will pay for all my games on current systems but once you can’t buy that game with out using a reseller then the Roms are the best option cause the maker of the systems and games get nothing from games reselling
Rom collecting is so much cheaper then use a flash cart or optical drive emulator to play them on original hardware or pop them in a mister fpga and your playing the same games with out the bankruptcy at the end
I do think emulators and DIY 3D printing of retro consoles will only become more important for preserving as the time goes on.
Great collection of titles for sure. Very nice video man and I hope your collection continues to grow.
You could also make 2024 My FoodStamps Collection 😂
🎮🕹️👍🎮🕹️👍🎮🎮🎮🕹️🕹️👍
The Crew is worthless now thanks to Ubisoft but otherwise nice collection! Would like a copy of Silent Hill Downpour - commands a hefty price these days where I am.
Great collection man! I have been picking up 360 games lately as well! 🔥 Such a great console!
If you were just getting to play the 360 again that's a great collection to get started with I am impressed I already own most of them games already and with the 360 store shutting down the value of the physical games is going up
Pacman World 2. I remember opening that up on christmas when my Mum got a Ps2 and i was like...what, a 3d pacman? I hated 3d games, but something about this game drew me in and i ended up completing it more times than i remember. Never tried the third one.
Nice
❤
Inflation is to blame.
Yeah it's not fun anymore, i understand that there would be a price but they keep rising it for something not even rare... Fortunately there is émulation, maybe Price will go down with Time
In my perspective its like this....i recently sold 100 games in my collection because.......they were just sitting on a shelf collecting Dust. I didn't have time to play them. And as time went on. It turns out games that were made 2005 back on a CD or DVD like Disc. They rott. They go Yellow on the silver part of the disc. Some of my ps2 disc were like this. They still played. But its a 50/50 percent chance that it wont work in the next 5years. Also the price of the games are just...not worth payong over $10 for a used game thats over 20years old. Age equals value. I know. But in reality. No one cares about physical games when you can literally emulate them on a phone. And in the end. Im getting older. Whats the point if i die? That was the bigger question i asked. What would happen to my game collection? Will my kids or relatives even care to carry it on? No. Because they don't care about the niche hobbt im into. And thats the key point of video games. Its a fun hobby. And they shouldn't cost a whole house to play something like a sealed copy of Earthbound. In the end. I just ended up making some money on Ebay. And sold the rest to a local game store. But in reality. I got them all backed up on my PC. So im still happy. And im glad my games went to new people who want to experience the games the way i wanted to. But as time goes it. It will sadly be harder and harder to get your hands on such games. Your better off emulating them.
Games were cheaper back then but now too many scalpers ruining retro games and increasing the price of the games. This is why emulator exist so we don't have to buy old expensive games anymore from scalpers. I don't support pirating but screw it. everybody's doing it. Can't buy old expensive games? Might as well downloading pirated games for free from other rom sites so scalper won't make no money
The unfortunate truth of modern physical games (at least with Microsoft and Sony, not so much Nintendo but still sometimes) is that they don't even have the full game on the discs.. they only have a portion of the game and the rest has to be downloaded, or if they do have the full game then mandatory updates for the games to even function correctly need to be downloaded.. physical games of the modern age are already pretty damn dead. But yeah that doesn't mean that all the consoles and games released in the past can't still be loved, played and collected, we just need to get past this huge hump of problems with resellers and whatnot..
While I agree that the pandemic and competition have definitely changed things when it comes to collecting, I also believe that the biggest change is in you as the collector. As a collector has been on the hunt for several years, they will typically first seek out their most wanted titles, then branch off into other categories of their choosing. Once the collection is built up, some of the "difficulties" of collecting are basically manufactured in our own heads because we have most of what we REALLY want after years of collecting. This makes it seem like things are getting more difficult to find or that it's just "not as fun" anymore. This is when I took a step back from collecting, got rid of some games that I knew I didn't need and would never play, and did some research on certain systems I had never collected for before. I started collecting for the PSP, 3DS, and GBA and I haven't had this much fun since I first started collecting years ago. It's a refreshing look at it and there are so many games that I want and see in stores that are still very reasonably priced. Sometimes, collecting isn't the issue, but the collector is. Not everyone will agree with me, but those are just my thoughts on a very fun topic.
'PromoSM' 💦
I also have the turquoise blue Wii, the PS1 slim console, and of course the original PS2.
Motorstorm Arctic Edge is actually a bit valuable as it is rare to find.
I wish I found one 😍🤩
that is a sexy tv 🤩😍😋
Great pick up.
CRT Goodness
I wish your video was true. I've been active for over 15 years and it comes in rotations. usually within every 7 years from generational changes. Definitely never declines. Just comes in waves.
That's a nice collection. I haven't seen Twisted Metal anywhere, living in Japan. If you get the discs resurfaced, could get some decent money from the Disney games.
Why I don't have family members likr that 😢😢
lol
Wow what a bad selection of games. Surely somone picked the good ones out before?
Hey i cant complain it was free
omg these lose discs :'(
trust me it hurt when i saw all those loose discs too!

burnout 3 my fav game of all time
Me and my brothers got “eye toy play 2” When it came out. You got a camera that goes on top of the tv like a Xbox Kinect would. And it was a bunch of little random games in one. Very underrated for its time. Not many people like extra accessories.
there was a hoverboard game that was lit lol controls sucked but didnt stop me from having fun
@@Ohms_vs_Draaggs It was probably called “airbiade”
