I took my NAPLEX yesterday. I can't even state how much I appreciate your podcast. It was the perfect way to review while I was running or driving, and I'd incorporate your mnemonics into my notes. I was listening to this specific podcast on my way to my exam and a couple of these questions actually popped out. The only reason I even had an inkling of what to answer was because I had just listened to it. Thank You!
SUCH quality videos. I’m so anxious for my PANCE on Monday and these videos are SO high yield and your mnemonics help a ton. Just FYI, your mud tubing imagery is one of my favorites 😋 i will be sharing these videos that’s for sure. Thank you!
Really appreciate your hard work to make it easier for us to learn topics quickly. Would you mind making the triangle below 50 high yield questions much smaller so people can read the lines easily. Sorry some of us are older medical students
As I study for the PANCE, I recommended this to the didactic year students because they're doing renal now. Your renal review made renal seem not so bad lol.
You're definitely right, it has both eosinophils and neutrophils, per uptodate "Eosinophils, plasma cells, and neutrophils also may be found." The neutrophils part is just to make the mnemonic work in AIN and to help remember the white cell casts in the urine sediment.
Just one question... Who tastes the urine to see if it's coke flavored?! 🤣😂. Seriously though... Thanks a ton for the videos. Definitely helping me prepare for the PANCE in a few days!

How is this different than USMLE step 1 renal
I suppose they are fairly similar.
I thought acute intestinal nephritis had eosinophilic cells

Omg I can’t believe I said Coca Cola “flavored” urine instead of coca cola “colored” urine 😂😂😂. Definitely have to edit the video lol.
