Not only is he teaching us how to cook but he is also giving essential tips on how to prevent the chicken from hardening due to extra cooking and how to prevent soggy vegetables and little tips. Most chefs don't do that and then we wonder why the dish has not come out the way it should and is a disaster ! You have earned a follower guru and I wish you all the best !
I tried this recipe today and so In love taste sooo good I love the kick of spice, I however didn’t have cabbage and mushrooms and no MSG but it turned out so good! Thank you for sharing

I'm in love. I moved from my country a couple of months ago and I am expecting. Chicken Chow mein is one of my biggest craving right now. Where I live now there is not much that I know about the taste of their seasons but this was simple and delicious. Myself and my family enjoyed this. Thank you.

I tried this yesterday and came out excellent. Just tweaked the chicken marination to indian version since I did not have white vinegar. Added brocolli as well. It was amazing...
I had watched some other recipe from the same voice ...........you are best in narrating about the time , flame and amount of spices with caution ........you are best boss ...now i will be watching all your previous and new ad ons
