O2 sensor removal and install mega hack! GM has a spray can, I am not home till Sunday so I can’t give ya the part number yet, but I have used it professionally for like 20 years and ever since I’ve used that spray, I have never had an o2 sensor not come out or go in and damage threads. You crack the o2 sensor. Spray the special sauce. Tighten it and then loosen again, and keep working it back and forth until it comes out easy. I have done probably thousands of o2 sensor removals and installs that way. I’ll try to remember to post the part number Sunday. It works great on exhaust bolts and nuts too. If I remember right, it’s a penetrating oil with liquid graphite in it. Anywho.

FYI, Cobb has 2 Fuel Pressure regulator SKUs, one is for aftermarket fuel rail and the other is for the factory rails. With the big difference between the kits being the fuel line they come with.
Never had a chance to own an EJ yet, but man that rumble.... it makes me happy in ways I can't describe. My FA is nice but it just doesn't bring the same kind of Fizz (older top gear reference)
I might be the minority but despite being an EJ owner, I really love how the FA sounds. Soooo much turbo spool with a tomei with a catted jpipe. I wish I could afford both

As a former EJ owner, I definitely miss the deep burbely rumbley sound it had. For sure a unique sound. My FA has grown on me a lot the last couple months since I got it and have come to love it more and more. There's some good setups for it to really bring out and open up the tone. It's all preference

Whattt up Tanner?...hey brother, im hardly debating what clutch kit i'm going to get for my build, on my quote my tuner add the South Bend Stage 3 Daily, but i dont know if to go with that or save couple 100 more and get the Comp Twin Disc, Exedy Hyper( I heard it tend to rattle while iddling) or Xclutch, i want something that is not a PITA expecialy on heavy traffic, but something also that'll handle the torque for 600+
I have the comp twin disc organic sprung clutch and it’s honestly a dream. No rattle and the clutch pedal feels like stock or even lighter. Holds 750tq. I’ve got it on my 750whp/600tq setup and it’s awesome. Just my experience and I’d recommend it to anyone!
ACT has always been my go to, the mod twin feels fantastic and holds power well. The comp clutch I've never really liked. They were suuuuuper stiff. X CLUTCH is another highly suggested one!

I’m going stage 3 this weekend and my tuner told me I can do the turbo inlet without taking the manifold out. It’s going to be like shoving 10lbs of shit in a 5lb bag but I’m going to make it happen.
In all seriousness i removed the 3 bolts for the power steering pump helped immensely just be careful with vacuum fittings when youre tightening the rear bolt back up
I just bought the same exact downpipe for my 2011 and the rear o2 bung is before the cat for some reason. Her basemap probably has the rear o2 dtc disabled just like the original stage 2 ots map did. I'm dealing with this issue right now and will be switching to open source as you can still do all the stuff needed lol.
@@meffffy I even asked Grimmspeed about moving the o2 sensor to behind the cat, they told me it would still cause a Cel. I don't understand how people are tuning now with accesport for Grimmspeed dp, even with an old map to disable o2 how would the tuner edit that without the new software taking effect?

Your literally great at replying…so question just got my car WRX back together forged internals, stock heads, CBE, BC, Cobb sf intake, turbo inlet, downpipe, and VTA BOV… runs great but won’t let idle after revving or driving and coming to a stop??? And my ideas of where to start?

Hey quick question, I’m trying to add a Cobb turbo inlet v2 , currently have redline intake and catback 21 sti. I plan on having my tuner revise my map a bit once the inlet is installed. My question is would I be able to run the Cobb inlet on a stage 1 + tune temporarily for smog purposes when the time comes?

Hey quick question, I’m trying to add a Cobb turbo inlet v2 , currently have redline intake and catback 21 sti. I plan on having my tuner revise my map a bit once the inlet is installed. My question is would I be able to run the Cobb inlet on a stage 1 + tune temporarily for smog purposes when the time comes?
