    I recommended please don’t suggest anyone to buy ASUS company laptop. Black screen facing tried all options no luck. If you using ASUS laptop and still working means you lucky.

      ​ I did the same things that is shown in the vdo but still I can not able to on my laptop the problem is when I was working at that time laptop got freeze after that I just press the power button it gets of after that when I am trying to on the laptop by holding power it it only show the light blinking noting shown in my display battery is also charging but the screen is black

      @manshuworld5821 - I did troubleshoot some how.
      My Steps:
      - Opened laptop
      - Detached battery from motherboard
      - Started laptop without battery (so here laptop started)
      - Again placed battery back and closed laptop
      Once try above steps, best of luck 🤞

    Hey, I would like to buy Fractal design Focus 2 RGB ATX Mid Tower Case and I have an Asus Prime B360M-A motherboard is it compatible? I know that this case supports micro atx motherboards and my motherboard is micro atx but my question is that this case comes with rgb fans included and for me to use this rgb fans I need to connect them to a 3pin 5v argb connecter on my motherboard but I dont have that 3pin 5v argb connecter on this specific board. Is there a solution for that? And if there let me know, and let me know if it’s compatible.
    Also I would like to buy an Thermalright Frozen Notte 240mm aio but same problem what should I do?

    My Rog Ally actually broke, after the BIOS update it stopped turning on, only the Asus screen appears and then the black screen flashes twice and the BIOS doesn't open either, we've even tried to insert it back into the chip, without success, I believe something burned on the motherboard.
    CHALLENGE AND REWARD, whoever comes up with the solution to this problem, if I can't solve it, I bought the most expensive paperweight of my life.

    I just went through this a second time in a year. Asus Rog G15. I'll never buy another Asus laptop. Had to do 3 or 4 hard resets to get the screen back again.

      @@asus_support Was this for me? Because I have a ROG STRIX G15 I purchased in 2021 and honestly I have had nothing but bliss with this laptop until the screen gave out.
      I would turn it on and the on button would light up and so would the keyboard, I’d even hear that iconic WOOOSH I’d come to love.
      I’ve tried the hot keys and whatnot and I ended up having to take it to a computer shop and found that the display panel had given out. I deem this to be quite unacceptable, I’ve had burner laptops last longer than this. And especially for the price, I was very disappointed that i’d be having to repair the product between 2-3 years. Not to mention how unhelpful the ASUS warranty hotline was. I don’t know if that’s just because it was the Australian sector, because let’s face it when it comes to overseas companies Australia always gets the short end of the stick. I’m really disappointed in this and I think I’d agree with Bill and not buy another Asus. Just not worth it.

      @@asus_support Thank you for your responce Asus. I've owned this laptop for a year now. It;s the G513QY. twice when booting up I would get a black screen. But, I could tell windows 11 did load up in the background. For fixes I run the SFC/scan now in DOS. That did find errors last time. I run a couple other DOS windows to check and fix the system also. I forgot what they were now. I was going to bring it back to Best Buy but I always seem to get it running after 3 or 4 hard resets. That's about all I can tell you.

    Pathetic new laptop...new laptop not turning on ..they have manufacturing defects in all laptop...will never recommend Asus to anyone now

    My Asus laptop gone through 3 services changing motherboard with first year, then graphics card nxt year, then keyboard. I'm dorry to say this. I'm going to fail a case against Asus officially this month because it has effected my jobs.

    Any suggestions for power on but no display? Most of the solution in this video need keyboard, but my laptop keyboard is not working.

    Twice in less than 2 months I've had to do a 40 second reset; why? I've only ever had HP PCs before and never experienced this problem, this is not impressive and though I like the laptop it's already showing that it's unreliable and may well eventually fail. I shall be sharing this comment on Amazon too.

    Hey Asus Support. I like your products, i really like them. Just one problem with it are black screens. Black screens in your laptops are the primary problem for many of us customers. So let me describe this, I turn on the laptop, it shows display and the power button light has light up to white which means it has turned on, but... The second time I use the laptop, it will show a black screen, no display, though the power button light is turned on. I tried to turn it off again and power it bavk on and this time, both the power button and capslock light shows up. I tried to connect it to a External monitor bia a micro HDMI cable and it shows nothing. This is pretty weird to have this problem and a capslock that lights up is more weird. My laptop is an ASUS ZenBook UX305 and I know the laptop has power but sadly, none of the solutions worked. What I consider is you should wait and be patient, laptops have a cooldown and it is random. So wait a little bit and power it on again, it may be frustrating to use this, but trust me there is no other solution to consider other than this.

    I have Tuf A15 and I'm facing the same problem since a week. At first the problem was solved by display reset but now it's not showing the screen only. One time it started to diagnosis automatically and went off without completing the diagnosis.
    Can you please tell me what shall I do ?

    I had a xiaomi mi notebook air 13.3 used for 6 years with minor battery problems. Nothing other than that. It has been a couple of months since I bought my ASUS K6604J and I have started searching for trouble shooting videos already.... Such regret.. Funny thing is you have made a video with animations and funny music like this is not a problem solving video but an online ad.
    Hard reset for solution? Really . Wow.. Next time I'll buy the cheapest sh.t Chinese laptop not even xiaomi...

    Is your laptop plugged in most of the time? Have you tried unplugging the power cord while your laptop is on and letting the power drain to around 30% before shutting down (and do not plug it back in)? I'm noticing that the problem usually occurs if the laptop is fully charged and/or if the power cord is plugged in when I shut it down. I rarely have the problem when the laptop is unplugged and discharged to around 30 or 40% when I shut it down. I don't plug it in again until about 10 minutes after I've powered back up. It's a pain, but seems to work so far.

      I'll have to start doing this. I used to get messages to run the battery down once in a while. Past year I've never gotten that message. I think it was Armoury Crate telling me to discharge it some.

    Same issue , but hasnt resolved yet - Bought the Asus Zenbook Pro Duo as soon as it was released in 2020
    Faced the issue in early 2024 and has not been swithcing on since
    Doesnt take any power from the adapter , or the thinderbolt tyoe C port as well and No amount hard reset is getting any reaction - its just Dead
    Kindly guide as to what can be the next move now

      Same. Installed windows..few games installed and next day
      .... black..haven't even used it properly. I'm beyond pissed..I need it for work and I can't use it while brand new..my old asus 10y old and still works

      Please press and hold the power button for 10-15 seconds to shut down the laptop. Remove all devices connected to the laptop. Wait for 10-15 minutes, then connect only the charger and power on the laptop to check.

    Hi i have asus x441m, it has black screen but the indicator light is on. before that happened i run the windows update, then on the restart process it went to ez flash booting. after it finishes booting the screen went black with the indicator light on. i tried the above solution for black screen with light on, but it doesn't work. can anyone pls help, i need to use my laptop.

    I have asus rog g752 laptop and the power light is on but the screen is dark. Its not about brightness and i think the hdmi doesnt work. I need help its not working since 2.14(valentines) it randomly stopped working. I dont think there is customer service in mongolia please help

    I will NEVER buy another ASUS product again. Their laptops are absolute garbage. My Zenbook refuses to power on and I've had nothing but issues since I've purchased this trashcan of a laptop. Choose another manufacturer. ASUS is not worth the time or money.

    Only shows asus logo for second and then again black screen and loop goes on. My laptops warranty exhausted and now asus has this bug. I would never buy or suggest Asus and all brand related to it to anyone in life if this is issue is not resolved.

    I have a G713pv-ws94 and today after the BIOS update, the screen went black.
    I held the power button for 30sec to shut it down. Then press to boot up. That did not work. I tried it 4-5 times.
    I finally came across this youtube video about having to hold it for 45 sec. So i did that, connected the laptop to a power source and pressed the power button. Lord and behold, the ROG logo came up. Laptop boot to Wondows and it looks like everything is good. The time was reset to 12am. That was the only thing that I needed to fix in Windows.

    Just bought my Asus Tuff A17 2023. Same issue, powers on with no display. Will try these tips and get back. was the first or second power on after updates so perhaps does not have the right video drivers, etc.

    mine is tuf gaming f15 laptop, this is the second times i faced this problem. when i open my laptop, the screen very dark same as black screen, but still can see somethings there. i can't do anything because i can't even see where my mouse is, it is too dark.     I need help/support:
    Asus Z390-A Prime, pc use for gaming every day, restarted pc other day as i usually do once in a while and this is what has happened:
    Pc gave it's normal start up BEEP and then my monitor stayed OFF and then BEEP BEEP BEEP....pause.........BEEP and i can hear the windows logo, so i know windows loaded, fans are spinning but i have no display. I can use ONBOARD graphics via DVI cable but no gpu works
    I have tried different cables, different gpu, different gpu lane, tested ram, deafulted BIOS to factory settings and nothing works, i can only use onboard graphics via DVI cable.
    Seeing i can still use the cpu and motherboard via onboard gpu to use windows on my monitor and even play games i would say the cpu/mobo are fine unless ALL of my PCIe lanes have ALL blown out?
    Need help.

    I bought ASUS Vivobook S 15 CoPilot laptop about a month ago. It's fast and runs cool. I really liked it, until the screen suddenly went black. I tried all the tips but the screen is still black. The power button is ON and the keyboard backlight color changes but nothing on the screen.

    Asus!, i need help ,i bought an asus TUF A15 2023, Since the i first turned on this laptop i face a similar issue, Black screen after turning it on but keyboard is lit up and fans are working, only way i get rid of it is by pushing the power button for a while then turning it back on ,once i turn it on again it takes longer to boot than usual, this also happens sometimes when i try to wake it up from sleep mode, it is more common in Standard and optimized gpu modes but it also happens in ultimate gpu mode, i tried all sorts of bios reset ,troubleshoots but it only fixed it for few days and now the issue is back 😢, pls dont make this my first and last time buying Asus laptops...

    It feels like a slap to the face for your customers that support you. Just six months ago I spend 4000$ for the Scar 18 and now 6 months later you release it with the mini-Led screen? This is unacceptable. Can we at least purchase the 18' mini-Led screen only to self-upgrage?

    original Windows but Samanya case 11 for update but I have a no digital licence I decide
    so I back clean install windows 11 Home single language install Windows 11 for bios and formats
    will I download for error Show
    windows installation incorrect and unexpected error verify the installation sources are accessible and restart installation windows 11

      Bro your problem is solve now mine is happening but the keyboard lit and everything works perfectly and also the laptop is everything ok but the black screen problem occurres
