The one thing I Always notice with the Beep Test is when there is a group such as this one people seem to focus a little more on not getting to the line last so they get there too quick and have to wait. The aim of course is to touch the line on the beep and save some energy and hopefully be the last running when everyone else has dropped out. Run your own race and focus on what You are doing and Don't worry about Anyone Else...Good Job by the way.

They are not doing it right!!! This test kills if done correctly and the flow of moving and breathing is obviously a huge factor. I would round out when coming to the line slowly so instead of coming to a complete stop you’d keep the momentum.

My P.E teacher legit hypes up the whole class before the pacer test. He plays the pacer with lit music in the back, it actually makes the pacer kind of fun. But this beep test thing that they are doing, sucks. It kind of just goes the same speed and all you hear is small beeps. The only thing you have to have in this is a great mindset to not stop and get to you.
