The main issue with ONLY asking what we think and not ALSO giving your own personal opinion is we have to watch the youtube compressed image/video, and many of us are also watching on sub-par monitors / phone screens. I would have loved to heard your honest opinion :(

GoPro and Insta360 360 Photos and videos when reframed to normal proportions will be worse looking than recording using GoPro or Insta360 action camera They generally are OK enough for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok but if you watch the video back on a 4K resolution monitor and compare to a 4K recording from action camera they will not look very good in comparison.GoPro Max records with 4992 x 2496 resolution video and 5760 x 2880 photos. If you crop out (reframe) a section which is perhaps 1/4th of the original image the amount of pixels in that area is far less compared to 4K recording or 5K GoPro 9 or 10 recording if it were recording same section..
Honest opinion out the the three what you you choose to mount on a car and capture drag racing during the day and night? Would like to be able to edit the video to track the opponent.
Don't currently have Insta360 for comparison. My opinion for night time is none of them are likely to produce good quality video and you would be better off with multiple GoPro9 or Insta360 OneR with one inch sensor. In comparing side by side in twilight I think Max does better than Fusion. After dark the Max had more noise so Fusion seemed marginally better. In daytime I would say Max. I do think outcome of which looks better in low light will depend on how much light there is in the area..

With GoPro Max you can do many things on Mobile app. Also with Max preparing file to create /edit video on PC is far better/faster than Max. But editing of any 360 file from any camera on PC requires a very good computer. Poor/slow computer makes it hard to edit files and see what you are editing. So you might consider GoPro Max or Insta360 One X and do more mobile editing but they are very expensive compared to older Fusion camera.
Is it better to buy gopro max 360? I never buy any of gopro before :D its expensive(especialy cos max 360 is about 510€ in my country and fusion is about 580 € )) but i saw lots of cool videos :D i would try gopro with my skiing this winter. I will say max 360 is better and also cheper :D

GoPro Max had the best contrast/ clarity and the best audio. Hard to tell which one had best stabilization.
