Damn this video was like 10 emotions in one. Great edit. What I love about this character is that he is a man that started from nothing and went through it all at the top to realize he was always the same man he was since he was nothing.
I watched the last kingdom then emmediately watched this show...both untred and Ragnar...just wow...they are both once in a lifetime characters. I would probably shit bricks if somehow untred and Ragnar were ever on the same screen together
Uthred was a real historical figure. BUT he was alive over 100 years after The Last Kingdom. TLK is my favorite show lol. Uthred Of Bamberg is Bernard Corwell's (last kingdom author) actual ancestor! I wonder if he could fight the real Ragnar and win? Lol

It will go down as one of the very best series depicting the vikings....The Family of Ragnar and Lagertha in the beginning is whhat got me hooked....and the family importance never wained throughout the series and that was the key for Mr Hirst....

It's been a year I watched Vikings! I can't forget what happened and how everything was amazingly put on visuals. I love Ragnar from my bottom of the heart. Happiness is nothing.
That scene where he is sailing up the Seine to invade Paris, a feared sea king, he looks to shore and sees Lagertha and his boy beckoning him back.... that hit hard, because it's all any man really wants, peace, a happy home.
The first half, i was impressed. The second half, goosebumps everywhere. This is outright amazing, the music, 100% keep it up please dont stop youre going to be great 🥲

Made me appreciate what a fictionalised character can really truly show us and teach our hearts and minds, if people lived truly as ragnar did in their journey through life, it would be a free reaching Humanity extending to our greater truer being
I like how Earl Haraldson admired Ragnar because he was a young version of himself but yet had to stand his ground and therefore be against him to stay Earl. I also like how Ragnar payed respect to him after the fight while talking to him about Valhalla.

Ragnars return speech was amazing and before dying too i mean. They planned to kill him in season 1 xd. Couples where bro ur not thinking of killing ragnar xd his role was so perfect they had to change script to keep him alive. His eyes man his eyes.
