I love coyotes. When I lived in the woods in Indiana, a female coyote would come to say "hi" to Wifey and I, as Wifey was having her glass of wine on the back deck. She'd come up for a few minutes to have her neck and back scratched by each of us and then she would usually take off back into the woods. One night, after not having come around for a while, this sweet coyote brought her pups to the deck to introduce them. They were adorable. I don't live in the woods anymore and Wifey has passed. Those were some of the best memories of my life.

Not really. They're play bites, commonly called "mouthing affection". Coyotes and other canids communicate with ears and tail like any other dog, but like wolves they use their mouth to communicate just as much. @@timmc1269uWhere did she come from? Did some hunter find her? Did she have siblings? I don't think anyone breeds Coyotes as pets, so I'm assuming she is a rescue of some short?
I've been seeing these coyote clips for awhile, but I haven't seen anything on the backstory as yet. How in the world did you end up with a coyote, of all things? You must have gotten her very young. She looks so relaxed and happy around you, not wild, even though she seems to like to play rough. I also think it's cool that she gets to be a goodwill ambassador for her species, teaching humans that coyotes aren't always the "pests" they're reputed to be -- they can be quite sweet, like so many creatures.
He made a video explaining their whole story, he also mentions she is not truly his pet, even tho she has permission to go inside his house and all he hasn’t truly tried to domesticate her, however she’s always stick around, dragging her sleeping bed all over his backyard which is fully open giving her the chance to go out into the wild, however he also mentioned she is scared of other Coyote’s and every time they are around she starts scratching his back door asking for him to let her inside, she considers him her fam/daddy and well that’s a beautiful thing.
I moved offgrid 5 months ago, i had a rough time, one of my dogs died from Parvo, a couple of weeks after he passed, i let my dogs run around free after i wake up & saw them playing with a coyote pup, when the pup saw me it ran away with my dog’s frisbee
Awesome pet coyote, how did you train him, and how does he behave like a pet dog. How did you get a wild dog to trust you, and be your pet. But give him love, care and respect, with caution. Coyotes can get defensive, aggressive and dangerous, it might attack you if it feels frightened, to defend itself. Just a friendly warning, it is still a wild animal, and they are very strong. They are also the second largest, American wild dog after wolves. Be careful about how you, approach and treat it. But most of all treat, it with love ❤ and respect, and it might just truly love you back. I am an all animal lover, and a personal expert on animals. Though I did not go to college, I just look up information on animals, and read about them I learned my knowledge, and I try to learn as much as I possibly can. Be a careful loving and caring, owner and be safe.
I often cross paths with wild coyotes and foxes when I ride my bike in forest daily. I always stop and greet them. They wag their tales and act just as intrigued by me as I am of them. I wish people would understand, these wonderful beings wouldn’t have such a bad rep.

I find your videos very relaxing but also fascinating too. Thank you for them.
It's pretty much how dogs play and socialize within the pack.
Not really. They're play bites, commonly called "mouthing affection". Coyotes and other canids communicate with ears and tail like any other dog, but like wolves they use their mouth to communicate just as much. Female coyotes also get seasonal hormone-driven aggression during breeding season. They get bipolar basically. Coyotes are crackheads.
@@BSIII True, but she is uncompromising. She nips every time. I love these vids, She will never be 100% tame in my opinion, but she does acknowledge him as a companion, but not owner.
@@OrangeHatReviews good point!
@@OrangeHatReviews watch tomorrow's video. Me and my son have been working on it today. She basically gets overestimated with the neck and ears. She loves that the most.
I love that she just moves from loving pet to wild animal but without actually trying to hurt him
Weave proves coyotes love to be loved! Not just catch prey like roadrunners!💜🐾💜
Yeah Wb
It's just amazing seeing a humans ability to socialize with so many diffrent species!
Oh my god, Weave was adorable!
I love that she's just as hilarious now as she was then. What a born clown.
Thanks for sharing her with us, Tim. She rules.
How in the world did she start coming around? She’s so friendly for a coyote!
She's been here for almost 2yrs.
@@timmc1269uWhere did she come from? Did some hunter find her? Did she have siblings? I don't think anyone breeds Coyotes as pets, so I'm assuming she is a rescue of some short?
@@Sienisota Pretty sure the other coyotes didn't accept her so she seeked a refugee place.
@@usuduwj5685sometimes actually that is the case.
Did you get her spade?
She absolutely LOVES her family! ❤ How cool is that. Baby Weave is adorable.
Just like the black bear, the coyote is one of the coolest animals out there 👍👍👍love them both, and respect both of them👍 Cheers!
@@CallmeBotakaOrcAwww, that's so precious
@@CallmeBotakaOrcfor the life of me I can’t find his video explaining it 🙈 Can you link it? ❤
me personally I consider certain humans a pest , not coyotes 🙂

Words can't describe how good this makes me feel to see the love you share with these animals. Thank you for being a good person.
Aww weave pup! She’s such a tomato loving cutie. This version of her doesn’t seem to yarr at you.😂
I moved offgrid 5 months ago, i had a rough time, one of my dogs died from Parvo, a couple of weeks after he passed, i let my dogs run around free after i wake up & saw them playing with a coyote pup, when the pup saw me it ran away with my dog’s frisbee
Omgosh I love this especially!! She’s so little and beautiful 😍!!!
She was so small and so outgoing too
She use to be fearless as a pup
Baby Weave! Soooo precious! 😍
We’ve as a baby so cute
So cute ❤
I love Weave. She's precious
Awww! She was so little and adorable 😍 Did she just show up at your place one day?
These are the videos that help me keep smiling each day.
Thank you for sharing.
She is the most precious, most pure soul I've ever seen
What a stunning little pup she was! And also the messiest pizza eater EVER! 😂❤
She killed that pizza!
Coyotes are very spiritual Animals, you are lucky to own one
I often cross paths with wild coyotes and foxes when I ride my bike in forest daily. I always stop and greet them. They wag their tales and act just as intrigued by me as I am of them. I wish people would understand, these wonderful beings wouldn’t have such a bad rep.

Thank you for showing this! Weave is just soooo adorable!!!!😊
You are so welcome! Stay tuned for tomos video!
Thanks for the TBT video of Weave as a pup. She's so beautiful now and was just the cutest puppy! I never saw a tomato-eating coyote before! I love seeing her give Baby Yoda a beat-down!😂❤
I love your mentality:
“If you’re cold, they’re cold, bring them inside”
If only all animals were this human (all of you) Thank you for being you Timmy 😊♥️
She's really pretty
YOU TWO BLESSED!! HOWLING AT THE MOON!! HER COAT IS GETTING BEAUTIFUL !! ❤
I would be so worried now that someone may see her and want to harm her especially not knowing shes domesticated
Is she fixed, does she have rabies shots?
Aww, bless her heart! She's always been so cute and fiesty!!
You have a gorgeous place and a beautiful puppy! I am glad that "stray dog" finally let you brush her, lol. The first time I encountered Weave was through a YT short in which you were calling her a stray dog and begging to "rescue" her while trying to brush her coat. She gave you that big open mouth possum smile, and I don't know if it was because she liked being brushed or hated it. I knew it was a joke, but I didn't know the backstory yet. She has grown into such a beautiful beast!
Omg, that is too funny because that was the exact same video that I had first seen as well! And like you, had the same initial thoughts. Of course I’ve now done a deep dive since then;)
@@alisha_madariaga lol Yeah. "Come here stray dog...I've always wanted to rescue a stray dog...c'mon let me rescue you!" (Paraphrasing) I still crack up when I think about it.
@@pumibel1720 ;) I think I visibly tensed up when she (at that point I still thought “she was a “he”;)) looked back and bared her teeth and he just kept going! Lol.
I was like omg how is she not eating his hand for dinner??🤣🤣
@@alisha_madariaga That is the exact moment that I figured our guy was either really drunk or an actual coyote daddy. It is hard to interpret that wide open coyote mouth when you are friends with it, but if a random one in the wild did that I would gtfo.
At first she was loving, then she was violent, now’s she’s back to loving
Omg she’s so cute as a baby!!! 😩
Siento admiración .por el pueblo Americano..la mayoría de su gente tiene mucho respeto y amor por los animales...el mundo debería aprender de eso...

So beautiful and loving. Yeah, she's wild, but still wild and willing to be with the people she trusts. Awesome.
😂 She's so adorable! I have them in my yard, too. They're beautiful 😍 ❤
Adorable when she was young
She's got the most beautiful little baby face! I could watch this all day, every day.... still waiting for the merch Tim...hint, hint
She is so darn adorable!
Do you run into any issues with vet care or do you just do it yourself? Beautiful Coyote!!!
Coyotes are like nature's way of saying "heres a dog on crack", while wolves are nature's way of saying "heres a dog on steroids".
She is so beautiful
So adorable!!! Thanks for helping this coyote pup!!!
Incredible relationship. The coyote even opens cans for shotgunning. That is sick🤘🤘🤘
Might be the most wholesome video on yt. Just reminds me how beautiful God's creation is.
God doesnt exist
Truly amazing how a wild animal can be friends
Such a cute little thing
Hi! I have a coyote too. Although she is a little bit Husky, she looks like a small wolf. Mine is named Willow and she enjoys watching Weave's shows very much. I wish I could send you a picture of how awesome she is.🐺 Here's an emoji as a consulation prize!
Why can't you show your Coyote friend? It is illegal or something like that. I am just beginning to learn about Weave and other Canine friends. Do you have to get them as babies in order to be sure they are molded into dog like pets?
@@LindaThornton-t8lcan't send a picture through TH-cam comments
She looks so tiny , and yet not at the sametime. One thing for sure, she loves the lovin, and her tomatoes. ❤
Do you ever give that coyote a bath? Just curious how that would go.😂
That's the video I'm waiting on
I found your about a month so I didn't know how you acquired the coyote and the raccoon so glad to see the early thank you for taking care of these beautiful animals❤🐾🐾🐾
Well, I never knew until now that coyote's were cherry tomato fans. Really beautiful animal - wonderful to see you guys hanging out together!
She was a failed wild animal pup so she started raiding his garden for tomatoes to survive so that's where she learned to eat them with relish.
@@WindTurbineSyndrome I was wondering if maybe coyotes would eat tomatoes - not sure they get everything they need from meat. I think dogs will eat grass once in a while.
@@fredrichardson9761 both coyotes and dogs are omnivores. coyotes will eat a lot of fruits in the wild and have been known to scavenge farm and garden crops. but of course they need a balanced diet
@@catfan913 Thank you! I grew up with dogs and they definitely have to eat more than just meat "products" all the time...
I know the like persimmons and mice. They both show in the scat.

She is adorable! Love seeing her howl😊
You and her were at the right place at the right time, love it.
It's amazing how touchable your coyotes are. They're just like any other domestic dog. I didn't realize how tiny they are.
In this vid weave is still a pup.

She is absolutely adorable. I have never known a dog to like cherry tomatoes.
She's not a dog
@@redoksunflower she is a canine! Yes, that’s a coyote. But it’s still a type of dog. Dogs actually pre-date coyotes.
@@hawkknight4223
Dogs do NOT predate coyotes. Coyotes were used to create the domestic dog. Don't be ridiculous.
@@pilgrimsspiritualvoyage6252 yeah, dumbass they do. There were different types of dogs. Such as the new guinea, singing dog, the dingo, the Alaskan malamute and husky. All of which show up in the fossil record before coyotes in North America. And we’re not even gonna touch on the African wild dog, Or any of the Asiatic wild dog species. which predates the “discovery of America“. Which is a silly thing to dated by. Considering that there were people living here before it was ever “discovered“
PS. There were only some breeds that utilized a coyote. Red wolves, and Timberwolves, as well as foxes were far more commonly utilized.
And perhaps, even the infamous bear dog. Considering there have been burials of them, discovered with ordinate trinkets, like collars and tassels such.
You oughta do a little bit of your canine research, bud.
Weave and Duck and little Steve are so cute. ♥️♥️
Can you tell us the story of how she came into your family’s life 😊
