    I love this. The only problem is that my big toe on the left foot is frozen. The bones in the big joint are fused together.😢😢 Very painful. I am still trying to work it!!!!

    Yeah and Budokon and Brazilian Jujitsu from which 'animal flow' directly steals from ..😆
