I am a 64 yr old woman. This is weird but this is so much easier than I thought it would be. I have been ill for a long time. I still have tried to stay flexible and mobile. I have done traditional hatha yoga, ballet, weight lifting, swimming, hiking and some tai chi. Even though I am not in great shape. I find this extremely easy. So gentle on the body. I guess the word to describe it best is natural. Who ever would have thought that moving this way felt so good! Keep it up!

This kind of exercise that makes use of every part of your body makes the experience of working out much more interesting. It's not simply building muscles and strength, but teaching you how to use your body in so many possible ways

Dude. These exercises are tiring as hell. I'm surprised by how they've got me out of breadth so quick. But they're also fun.
    Cheers man

I have to admit, this looks super fun ^_^ I tried them in the living room, and broke a sweat pretty quickly. So it's fun AND effective! In my eyes, the ideal combination for exercise. As an update, I'm doing your entire home workout routine, up to the advanced level now, and I added a few other things into it (like the crow pose, bicycle, toes-to-bar leg raises on the pull-up bar, and push-ups with hands at hip level). I honestly feel like this is getting me into the best shape of my life, and I'm actually enjoying the workouts. Thank you so much.

Hell yeah! I've been remotely teaching PE for my students and using a lot of quadrupedal motion. It's a great way to kind of trick them into strength training, and adds a lot of fun and variety. I like it a lot for myself too!

I remember doing a quick game of this for some of my co-workers kids at Bring Your Kids to Work Day. Started off great, and ended with them just sprinting across the floor in the quickest way possible on all fours. Kids, lol.

It's so cool that you even teach animal moves. I'm practise them for two years now and it's sadly that they aren't so popular as they should be. Glad to see that successfoul youtubers like you make videos about them.

Terrific instructions and technique. Could you do a change of weather series - what to do with snow around -Winter, leaves falling - autumn, flowers - spring and hot weather - Summer. Thanks p.s. I LIKE TO RIDE A BIKE OUTSIDE AND SEE IT REALLY WARMS ME UP. Then, what could I do after a 20min. to 2-hour NYC commuter ride. It can be nerve racking when the cars and people don't cooperate, and you can barely go somewhere without ALMOST about to get hit -but don't. I like this outside setting.

this is so helpful, I cant wait until it's warm outside and I can return to such workouts in a bigger space and try some of these. And now I finally understand better how to do the lizard move. I've seen it described as the spider walk or push up but I could never get the gist of how my arms and legs should be positioned. Now it's clearer. All of those look super fun, thanks :)

Thanks for sharing this well-made video (love the slow motion!). Hey, I believe you are missing out on one of the most important benefits of animal movement -- the healing (free-radical-clearing) benefits of contacting the earth directly. Concrete acts like insulation, and is not a good conductor of the earth's healing energy.

I feel like a lot of these movements are really tough for beginners. I could only really do the bear and inch worm. Almost hurt myself trying to do the spin.
I'll build up some more base fitness and lost a bit more weight and return to this, it seems really fun and just what I need to help me out with understanding how to move my body in unison better

Great stuff - fun and challenging. Thanks! Any tips for keeping the wrists happy? I'm feeling them after 20 minutes of locomotion. I went to fingertips instead of flat hands for the crab - helps the wrists, but feels like cheating because the extra few inches of elevation makes it a lot easier to move the feet forward.

the lizard is even harder when you sync the alternate hands and feet touching the ground. resulting in two points of contact at a time or close to it.
