Yes, I have used a feeler gauge and I have used the 0.10mm, if you want you can put 0.15 on exhaust rocker and after the break in of the engine you come back at 0.10mm. In the manual they are saying that you can adjust both inlet and exhaust on 0.10mm with cold engine. The head nuts are tighten around 30-40nm but when you put a new gasket you need to check again after a while, 24 hours is the best. Also, after 1000km you should check again the nuts and at every scheduled maintenance.
