    I wish you showed rev share so we can have an idea of how that would look like. I think that cinome transparency really helps.

      I'm pretty open about my rev share. I've been with REAL for 2 years now, have 110 agents in my downline and get about $5k to $7k a month in rev share. TH-cam has a policy now where you cant show personal information in videos. They kept flagging my video which why I ended up having to blur so much. I tried uploading three versions of this video before I got this version. If you wanted to hop on a video call, I can share my screen with you and show you all my numbers when it comes to rev share. Want to hop on a call?

    That’s really interesting. I’ve been liking Real broker a lot. I’m in process to get my license. I’m just not sure if is okay for a brand new agent.

      Pros and cons for new agents. Now that we have co-sponsorship, I can find a local agent in your area who will be willing to help you get started and co-sponsor you into the company. I've been doing this alot for newer agents.

      @@next-genagents7731 That’s very interesting. Im in Seattle area, I’m learning about real, and exp, both have pros and cons to my view, but I’m much more inclined to real, for many reasons.

    Thanks for the video. If you’re a solo agent I believe each state has Regus that you can go to to print marketing materials, is that correct?

    • @next-genagents7731
      @next-genagents7731  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      no, we don't have a partnership with Regus.

    Is there an in house lending company that can help than qualify for a loan in house ? And insurance ?

    • @next-genagents7731
      @next-genagents7731  15 วันที่ผ่านมา

      we do have a mortgage company, REAL Mortgage, which you can connect your clients with. I don't believe REAL offers insurance just yet but there are plenty of options for that.

    Do you have to pay a monthly fee for the crm?

    • @next-genagents7731
      @next-genagents7731  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      If you want to get access to Lofty (formerly known as Chime), you can get it at a huge discount of $40 a month, that CRM is typically $500 a month for non-REAL agents.

    Curious about the real app, does it allow you to create a link for e-signature on the transaction docs?

    • @next-genagents7731
      @next-genagents7731  ปีที่แล้ว

      YES! On your phone, you can upload a document to REAL Signature, add a contact and signature block and send the document to them to digitally sign the document. Super helpful when your on the road!

    What’s the benefit of a co sponsor to the agent onboarding?

    • @next-genagents7731
      @next-genagents7731  ปีที่แล้ว

      The joining agent will then have two agents in their upline they can use as resources. If I talk with a brand new agent for example, I always try and find them a local agent to co-sponsor with who can help them with local questions about the contract or MLS, ect. Also, alot of agents are talking to more then one person at the company, and this relieves some anxiety about who to put down as sponsor.
