Also i apperently forgot to put the part where i said it in the video but i modded my stats but getting 999 is pretty doable without mods, and for most of my god born run i had normal stats up until the super bosses. Also if you guys are interested in any kore guides or some p5x guides i would be interested in making those so repky to this comment with some ideas!

Also one slight improvement on your nahobino build: remove intercalation. You wont be dodging anything with demifiends essence. Alternatively you can use luminescent mirage to get a guarenteed dodge to get the intercalation to proc.

Best SMT, indeed. But I didn't like how they kept that area in which you fight Surt and then Arioch exclusive to the original scenario, and how there's no neutral/true ending in the new scenario. Apart from that, the game is nearly perfect.

You don't need an Avian to Seal Demi-Fiend. Makajam on a high luck build like Naamah will do the trick as well.
Small correction: Godborn is a game mode, not a difficulty. There are no unlockable difficulties other than the DLC difficulty "Safety"
Why is this important? Because you can play Godborn mode with Safety difficulty and it's completely a joke, most encounters die in 1 or 2 hits, bosses can be defeated in 1 round of actions usually. If you want to make the proper distinction for the title, it should say "Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance Godborn Mode Guide (any difficulty)" if you are talking about

I am as well and I’m almost done. But unfortunately Atlus decided to lock a VR battle behind every single ending, meaning you can’t save scum the Law and Chaos endings of Canon of Creation on separate save files
can i at least save scum the normal neutral ending from the path of creation?

how to get HP/MP to 999 without having to collect Mimans and finish the game 50 times? i did that in the Original, not looking forward to do it again xD
i get that we can buy status increase in Godborn+ yet i don't know about HP/Stamina Balm or increases for Demon.

Did Beelzebub lose Swarm of Flies? It’s the most (or at least was) powerful dark attack that targets multiple demons and uses pierce. I assume it’s because of the cost but I used him to beat Demi Fiend on hard mode in the Vanilla Switch version.

Tbh godborn was really easy for me bc I beat Demi fiend first run so I just allocated my stat points to luck, agility, and strength and gaea rage w omnipotent succession really carried me through lol. Beelzebub and Konohana Sakuya were def the best supports but hare of inaba is great if you have the repel/drain skills to cover its weaknesses and reduces mp costs of healing/support skills
The only demon is struggled with mp wise was masakado, which is why I used Shiva to reduce it with donum gladi
I have gladi on beelzebub bc he really is only there to spam debilitate lol. But Konohana Sakuya’s special Magatsuhi skill is great for mp management and you get way more of a boost if she’s buffed. The two goddesses are great too but the one who has the aoe almighty attack + debilitate needs a lot of investment in agility. Also seen a lot of great strategies around Arahabaki and the omagatoki skill strategize. If you can get the buffs and debuff in your favor, you can continually swap in Arioch who does more damage with incapacitated allies and do some serious damage to those super bosses without wasting press turns
Also theoretically, you could keep switching in masokado during a strategize turn and not have to waste press turns casting donum gladi/Impailer’s animus as long as arahabaki has those charge effects
How do i get the fusion recipe for baal so i can fuse beelzebub? All of the info online is outdated or for the creation campaign.
Complete Demeter's side quests to take down tyrant demons. You can find her near the fairy village after beating lahmu. After that she has another quest in Shinjuku/chiyoda. After her last quests in taito you will unlock baal as a fusion
how did you get resistances like that without any "null x" skills on Nahobino?

@@DeadShoot48659 damn ok that sounds broken as fuck but I've yet to beat CoV on hard so I don't know how bad the bosses get in the end, probably pierce through most shit anyways.
In godborn difficulty they star using omogitoki piece instead of crit but it still comes in clutch to nul things but the dodge skill comes in clutch for the almighty skills and pierce skills
Is it actually worth it to run Donum Gladi considering the low multiplier it gives? You would be better served by just using another damaging skill there, maybe exploiting weaknesses or using extra luster candies? The 1.5x multiplier makes it a really bad deal for turn economy unless you do have a free press turn to use. I guess the flexibility of using a non-optimal demon for it makes it worth it enough
It serves 2 very good purposes, first it's a 1.8 x multiplier, second I often pass the turn on Shiva and Beelzebub because I am fully buffed and using that donum gladi can give me an 8000 damage recalibrant execution at reduced mp cost with shivas inate passive
@@DeadShoot48659 The multiplier is lower than charge/concentrate/impaler's animus. It's been that way since vanilla V unless it was buffed recently.
Donum glad is better than a luster candy. 2x luster candy incentives the enemy to dekaja which not only leaves you out of buffs but also makes you recast buffs which could be mp draining. Donum gladi/magici’s purpose is to conserve mp for attacker demons and if you’re only using 1 attacker demon for a turn then the Donum skills can comfortably have you kill the demon before gaea rage as it increases your damage per turn. A damaging skill on a support demon is a waste of a slot, you’re better off using gems to deal damage and pass turns. The Donum skills aren’t that bad of a deal for turns as you’re main goal’s just to have 2 hits off from your attacking demon per turn
Question, how do i get repel/absorb abilitys?
High tier demons have them, Vishnu for example have dark repel
How did you get 999 hp and mp for all kf your demos? Does the shop peroson sell them later in god born?
yes the shop sells all balms and incenses in godborn for 100k each. highly likely he just hacked his items in seeing he has modded items. no problem, with that of course, but I think he shouldve mentioned it in the video
I just don’t see how having all your demons be supper overpowered with maximum stats is fun

On a vengance run you can do a quest at the location you first met mastema and he will give you a 2 quests to unlock both godborn difficulty and the glory skill that unlocks level 150
i may be wrong, but isn't it pointless to run abyssmal mask on the nahobino if he's using demi-fiend's essence which nulls everything?
It's for demifiend, I ran all bosses and like to keep a single setup I can use for them all

Masakado isn't the best demon, and Murakumo isn't even a good skill. Gogmagog is the best demon by a hilariously wide margin and Blur is the best Nahobino skill. Even considering that, Figment Slash and Rampage both exist.
Hey there, can you explain why Gogmagog is the best demon? Just curious, i'm close to starting Godborn and am newish to SMT
@@BalloonFight Gogmagog's dmg output is super duper ridiculous, he has an innate that increases his critical strike dmg by I believe 30% for every weakness the active party has. It's super broken but problem is it's specific and requires you to have an enormous amount of weaknesses (including ailment ones) which if you fail to kill the thing in one go, it'll just exploit it freely and gain turns. It's like danger/peril strats from TTYD basically. Super good but also kinda requires the one turn kill. Masakado on the other hand is just way more reliable and can fit onto a decent number of teams rather than a specific setup, it can pair with laumu to make magic crit as well, it can pair with most things freely as you need it. Same with konohana sakuya tbh which imo is easily the best demon in the game by an incalculable margin, even when you first get her, she's quite a strong fire attacker and is one of the first demons you get that can reflect/absorb elements
@@jakett2216agree woth alot of what you say, but gogmagok increases damage by 5 percent per party weakness. Masakado is very similar not onyl gaining crit rate increase but also a total of 60% damage buff making him a mich more reliable and tanky demon when not using tons of weaknesses. And dont get me wrong, look at my channel i have done plenty of super boss cheeses, but not every fight is one you should cheese, and recalibrant execution (hell even fignent slash masakado is good too)are really good strats to destroy fights with
How did you get true neutral?
It's the exact same as the original game, you need to go a bunch of side quests during a creation run. Probably guides for it on YT if you wanna go look at someone else explain it.

@@russ5095But here’s the thing: certain demons are locked in specific endings like for chaos ending: its Belial and Inanna for Law its: Maria and Michael for Destroy The Throne its: Nuwa and for neutral ending: its Danu
to get true neutral ending you just need to unlock the ability to fuse Konshu Ra, Fionn Mac Cumhaill, and Shiva, you can do this on either Canon of Creation or Canon of Vengeance, it doesn't matter which. To actually see the True Neutral ending you have to play a Canon of Creation playthrough and then at the "pick your loyalty" question after defeating Metatron, select "Destroy the Throne" then when given a choice at the last moment before taking the throne, choose "Create a world for humans alone."
