Here’s some advice: If you really believe in your vision, and you think it’s something people will like, you just have to let other people see it. Write out the script and whatever, and get some concept art done(either by you or commission) to encapsulate as much as possible what you see in your head. Go and email Glitch Productions directly with all the shabang. If they ignore you go to their events and start talking, have the papers in your hand for you to give them. Don’t be pushy though. Going to convince Glitch directly isn’t the only avenue. Find a way. Maybe they’ll be impressed if you start building a portfolio of experience, start making an indie animation already like how Murder drones started etc.
As of fan of GLITCH's works and the indie animation industry, Im rooting for ya on this! This is big goal and ambition, and I'd honestly would love to help out in any way I can! Im currently in college studying 2-d animation and filmmaking, and I would love to implement these skills towards working for a great studio and producing my own show someday. As someone who's been watching SMG4 since early 2018, literally witnessed the Birth of Glitch with The drop of Meta Runner back in 2020 and Becoming a very Big Indie animation fan (also wanting to become a 3D Artist in Future), I really respect you for your motive!, You and Your Team are very Passionate People no doubt, who have a chance of good Potential!. Ha, well good luck with that. It's also my dream to write a show, I already have plenty of ideas, and working with Glitch would be incredible. But you said it yourself, people don't care. They don't care about ideas alone. If you can't bring your ideas to life to an extent by yourself (I can't), that all you have is ideas, people won't care. That's just how it is. I commend your attempt to share it and make it gain traction, I don't think I would have dared doing that, but it probably won't matter and I doubt Glitch will notice you like this. Unless you're already gifted and successful, they won't notice or care about you. Sadly, that's just how it is. But apparently you're more hopeful and outgoing than I am, and maybe it'll help you go further than I ever will.

I understand how wanted to do something when there's nothing and it gets very tiring, so I say go and reach for that dream while creating message that will inspire and bettering this place, we call earth
Just like on my community post tab I made, I have the same dream too. They inspire me to make projects, want to work with them, and join their family crew. I am planning to create a series I have been envision for years. I won’t go over the details or what is it yet because I don’t want to reveal until later on, but let’s just say that things would be so different of how I am gonna make it. But what I can tell you is that my original character name “Skelesidian” (just like on my username and pfp) is the main protagonist and the series that I want to create in the upcoming future is called “Revengers - Worlds Collide,” but that won’t happen just yet. I have to wait until years later because I am not that good or the best at in creating animation, characters, coding, designing, or developing. I don’t even know how to do all that like at all. Which is why I am gonna have to learn all about it abd when the time comes and have learn all of the skills, experiences, and abilities, that is when I can start doing my plan. That’s all I can say about the side point of my vision. Maybe we can collab and work together if somehow, we both ended up working at GLITCH Productions at the same time someday.
Get your ideas out there. get concept art, story boards, scripts, jokes and most important musical numbers. If you truly want to be noticed by glitch you have to put in the work the other creators like Liam Vickers and gooseworks had a history behind them a portfolio of previous and successful work that's why they got noticed and that what you need. Dont get me wrong, having a dream is a great thing, but what you have for your "show" so far like Character design and overall likeability aren't doing you any favors.
