Actually, they are hard source in their organic shapes. That means use both methods to tweak.

noice too see it improving, keep up the good work✨✨✨ i also use subdiv modifiers to croate those drones rounded head (its easier than sculpt lol), btw those wall drones are peak weapons to surpass metal gear🗣💥💥💥

Awsome work bro, I really want to know how you did the mouth and bendy bones part tho, would you plz make a tutorial 🙏 and also will it have teeth?
The mouth is currently controled with hook modifiers and bones set as the objects. You can turn the arms into bendy bones by going into the bone properties and enabling bendy bones by setting the segments to something higher than 1. My arms are set to 12 each, and then I changed the ease in and out settings to adjust the size of the bend. And yes, the model will have teeth but I'm currently focused on fixing the rig.

I use XR Animator for full body tracking and VNyan for effects, backgrounds, and camera position. I made a whole video about VTubing on my channel which you can check out if you want to know more about it. Hope this helps and good luck with your channel!
