No, it's not. You idiotically assumed that if an Italian Baroque composer used a similar sounding motif in a piece in G major, then it follows that the last movement of this Bach work must be "based on" the Italian work.
lmfao I was just listening to them right before and I heard their intro and I realized "it's been a while since I've listened to Bach Brandenburg 3" so I came here
Ignorant question. The bottom staff is labeled "Violone e Cembalo," which means "Violone and Harpsichord." There's no written out harpsichord part because the role of the harpsichord was to accompany. The left hand would double the bass line and the right hand would improvise a mostly chordal accompaniment.
@@samaritan29 That's ignorant nonsense. The very definition of early music is that the score doesn't represent the composer's full intentions. Furthermore, you will find dynamic markings in some Baroque scores, especially in vocal music. Also, the performing parts often contain markings not found in the score. Musicians in Bach's time mainly performed contemporary music, and they performed it according to contemporary performance practice.
One has to wonder how he could even hear all this and write it down. Makes my head spin. Bach sits right under God as far as Composers go.
This is one of my favorite baroque pieces ever. It simultaneously makes me feel refresh, inadequate, and inspired.
The 1st movement is one of Bach's best works for sure.
You missed the fugue 3rd movement?
@@mtv565 First of all I said one of the best, secondly, if I missed it I wouldn't have explicitly mentioned the 1st movement.
@@Stichting_NoFa-p : The 3rd movement Fugue is the best of these 3 movements.
You’re both sleeping on movement 2
@@LordFloofTM I think it's enough that Bach apparently fell asleep while he was writing it.
The 2nd movement is by far my favorite thing ever written
I like your sense of humor. XD
A bit easier to play.
Some conductors replace that 2-measure movement with the Largo from Bach's Violin sonata in G major BWV1019.
Always have liked Wendy Carlo's take.

the violas sounds good
Magnifique ! Especially the second movement 😂.
Esse concerto pra mim... sempre foi muito próximo da inspiração celestial...
Não enjo de ouvir ... Maravilhoso...
The last movement is based on Albinoni's Sinfonia a 5, Op. 2 No. 1, also in G major.

wow! An ad smack in the middle. Won't be using this score to play along with. lol.
Blissfull Perfection !
Who are the performers?
Who's performing?
it was to have an easier sheet version to be able to read and understand lmao
Distractible a wood elf production

Disappointed there are no dynamics markings on the score!
dynamics didn't exist before bach you baka!

There are _piano_ and _forte_ markings on the 1st page!
just as i was reading this: 9:37
"forte"
So high and boring
bad/wrong opinion.
