No. Unattended installation is an official method. It's used by sysadmins in businesses all over the world. Microsoft even has help pages with instructions
it happens to me as well, I've done 3 or 4 clean installs using the .xml. The best solution for me is wen the windows asks you to configure your windows, you should just wait for 10 or 15 minutes in any one of the steps until the screen goes black it will become black for a few minutes but it will return to normal, then continue the installation. This is what worked for me, maybe it will work for you.
@@joaomarcos7199 I eventually got windows 11 installed, I don’t really remember how I got it to work. I remember being surprised it worked when it happened because I hadn’t done anything differently that last time from the previous attempts. I believe I set up windows normally tho as I cannot delete Microsoft edge, it took out the other bloatware I didn’t want so idk. I’m just happy my computer works

Don't ever use any tweaked operating system and antivirus. This will lead to minor or major instability in future when you receive updates.
I de bloated windows 11 when I installed first time, never had any issues, this made the thing even simpler
