How To Fix Windows 10 Stuck In Infinite Boot - No Software Needed!

- This tutorial will hopefully show you guys how resolve the infamous infinite loading screen, black screen or infinite bootloop that may be occurring on your computer.

After upgrading their devices to Windows 10, many computer users have complained about the endless reboot loop issue after upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 7 or Windows 8. The following critical issues will be addressed in this tutorial:
- Blank screens with mouse cursor blinking
- Blank screens with nothing on it (including the mouse cursor)
- System crash errors followed by endless loop boots
- Continuous crash dump error messages
- Desktop or laptop stuck restarting
- Computer stuck in startup repair
- "Startup repair is checking your system for problems"
- The store export operation has failed. The requested system device cannot be found
Here is how to fix the infinite loading screen, black screen or infinite boot loop that is making it difficult, if not impossible to boot into Windows 10.
This problem can additionally appear:
- When you update windows and restart your machine
- When you install a new program or driver updates
- Completely randomly
- Power light blinking but nothing on display
- Trying to skip automatic repair Windows 10
- Windows 10 update loop / Windows 10 update stuck
- Windows 10 won t boot after update
This tutorial will apply for computers, laptops, desktops,and tablets running the Windows 10 operating system (Home, Professional, Enterprise, Education) from all supported hardware manufactures, like Dell, HP, Acer, Asus, Toshiba,Lenovo, and Samsung).

Mine keeps asking me to sign in as administrator to do this or anything on it that requires me rebooting, but there isn't any account on it what so ever
so i tryied and it doesnt work. it pops up this thing to me when i type cd / windows system 32 config:
the system cannot find the path specified.

oneroby1993 so actually I had the same problem but here is a solution. So instead at the beginning tying "c:" do other letters. Mine worked as "d:" and I followed the rest of the instructions

I have had my computer since January 2016. On Saturday, Oct 14th, 2017, my fan started to make a loud noise. My computer is covered for five years by Lenovo. They sent a new fan and new cables. The technican came today, the 20th. The problem was a cable went bad, telling the computer that the computer was hotter than it was. He fixed it, the computer was up and running. Five minutes after he left, I got the Blue Scrren of Death. I called up Lenovo, but they said I had a Software issue. They only cover hardware! I used your method, as System Restore would not work. Much to my surprise, my files were not in C; but in G:. Also, I have a Chrome book and was using that to find my answer I did not lose a thing. I did have to reset the sounds and the Power Plan, but that is all. Many thanks. I will subscribe and give you a Like

After a nightmare week of boot looping (hours and hours) with no help whatsoever from Microsoft I tried your fix: continued to Windows and it looked bleak, scrolling and then "preparing to install updates" so I went out. To my amazement, and some relief, when I returned Windows screen was up. The original cave, not the pretty scenic stuff I've had for a year. Anyhow, up and running, so big time thanks. Tonight I will be fearful to shut down, but, crossed fingers. Well done!!

I can't access the automatic repair utility even though I rebooted my PC multiple times.
Turn it off and on again then spam the f11 button it's should do a full system recovery then u can access those settings

You can create an automatic repair utlity using the Windows 10 media creation tool. When you boot from it, instead of clicking on install, left click on a button on the bottom left that says "repair this pc" or something to that extent.

I had tried just about everything even tried resetting my computer it wouldn’t even let me do that when I stumbled on this video I honestly believe it wouldn’t work just like all the other “tutorials” I was wrong! After a lot of research and after having tried many other solutions (chkdsk, sfc /scannow, Bootrec, etc.) only your solution worked to restore my Win 10 laptop. THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH!!!!!!!

Sweet Jesus, mate. You are the shit! All I did was choose restart from the ctrl alt delete menu and it went into an Auto Repair loop. It literally came outta nowhere.

win 10 update totally bricked my laptop. cannot get to recovery at all even with a win 10 disc or usb or pressing f4 it gets past the win logo and stays there forever black screen. tried restarting like a million times cannot get to command prompt either or trouble shooting menu at all...cannot even do a clean install. why has this happened Help?

Hey, just wanted to issue a thank you, where a thank you was due. At first, my C: didn't work, and I panicked. Turns out D: was the correct drive to use. (A word of caution to anyone else having issues with using the C:) But now, my computer's up. I was so upset. Angry crying and everything. Thank you.

I was able to go into safe mode after following your steps my pc is in infinite Automatic repair loop thank you very much now I can't even go to safe mode
Mine won't show an advance options choice. It's just says Windows will try to fix and reboots to the same thing.
This worked perfectly. I attempted to do a system restore but apparently my laptop never made any restore points, then I attempted to do system repair but failed.
All personal data is intact, all programs are intact. The only problem I had was the laptop was running extremely slow and extremely hot. (80 C CPU TEMP on idle)
Couple questions are:
Is this a temporary or permanent fix?
What exactly caused this windows problem?

Hopefully not. Make some backups and system recovery images just to be safe.

Hey MDTech, I have followed all of you instructions and am now waiting on it reboting. How long should this take? I'm just sitting here watch a small circle go around and around. No preparing to repair, just the circle. Does this mean it's worked but i just have to wait until it rebots into Windows?

I kept having the loop of death and after I did wat you said to do it stopped working completely it's just a black screen now then it turns off and turns back off now it's the black screen/not working anymore of death
Unfortunately this didn't work for me...it goes right back to the blue Automatic Repair screen. I've tried pretty much everything short of resetting back to factory settings, really don't want to lose all of my stuff :(

Followed all the steps, but when I continued to Windows 10 it boots but then still gives me the blue screen stop code: 0xc0000135 and it tries to Automatically Repair then Diagnosing your PC then back to Automatic Repair. :/ any idea why this might be?
