Of all the places you have explored the French are so exquisite. I love them so grand. I am thinking that they designed chairs for a living. I would open all the papers on the desk to see if there were sketches of them. He or she probably sketched the castles, planning another grand home. Some of the chairs I would love to have at my dining table but in a whitewash. The kitchen all those treasures to me. I love your storytellingl

What a beautiful mansion! I don't understand why they abandon it, with so many beautiful furniture and objects. I believe they owned a chair and spinning wheel factory. Makes you want to go into this mansion and tidy everything up. I don't know if the translator will translate correctly, but the wheels are for turning wool into string. Here in Brazil we call it róca.

the taxidermy on some furniture and on the walls. The antique furniture with the ornate carvings and elaborate woodworks
is very beautiful to see and probably quite valuable. Absolutely surprising to see that human scull and some bones in a cabinet!!
Rather strange! But on the other hand there was also a large amount of certainly very beautiful chinaware and glassware
to see in another cabinet. When you were showing the living room with again some beautiful furniture I thought again what
a time capsule! - Of course I also found it very strange to see all these chairs in some places of that house! Really bizarre!

Fascinating place and video. The chair situation is interesting. My first thought was that maybe the former occupants staged outdoor events and the chairs were needed for that purpose. Doesn't really explain where the chairs would be stored, though, while people were living in the house. Maybe there's just a simple explanation, like the place just became a storage place for furniture from other places. The collection of spindles is intriguing too. Former occupant may have had some kind of OCD collecting problem.
