i have been bullied for being weak and small for a while after a while i have had enough of it and i subscribed to you so i could get stronger and bulk up so that next time someone says something ill be sure to beat them

Hey Fraser, how about some home glutes exercises. I am not a fan of squats at the gym. Most of the times I tried at the gym, other people are using the squats machine for either squats or chest workout. Thanks!
