Watching Jeffs videos and these are the thoughts in my head: I'm training incorrectly, I'm eating incorrectly, I'm sleeping incorrectly, I'm drinking water incorrectly, I'm probably breathing with the incorrect set of muscles that won't activate my lungs properly hence will negatively impact my performance in training

Im using watering cans to water the flowers everyday at work. All that I can think of is how dissappointed Jeff would be if he saw me internally rotate my shoulder day after day

I was only around a 22% body fat and after 6 months of eating right and exercising, I've gotten down to 13% body fat (still the same weight at 172lbs). So it definitely takes time and consistency. While my abs are now pretty defined, only the top 4 are really visible and the bottom 2 and "V" are only barely noticeable, so I still have work to do to get that last few inches at the bottom. Its been really hard to stay on course but it really does work eventually. As soon as you start seeing progress, it gets a lot easier because you can actually see that its paying off. Good luck to anyone who is just starting out and stick with it!

All the rotational movements seriously work and now after seeing some more science I understand why he incorporated so many rotational exercises. Damn Jeff, you are THE MAN. Don't worry mate, I now have the upper abs, Took me five months to lose 20+ kilos. It's quite easy, meanwhile getting buff isn't nor getting rid of those fit to fat stretch marks I gained when I got to college and became obese, lol.

Good news for me is even tho I didn’t lost a lot in weight, I did lost a lot in centimeters on my waist, about 4 or 5 cm in 1 month, that’s the real deal for me.

@@je6566 It's not impossible, though. Staying hypocaloric while maintaining a positive nitrogen balance requires a managed diet. I've lost a few pounds of fat and gained a few pounds of muscle over the past few months. Nothing extreme.
I feel like my diet is correct since I'm under a caloric deficit and eating lots of raw foods with protein. However I don't think I'm doing enough (or the right) form of cardio to lose that remaining lower belly fat to expose the lower abs and v-cut.. any suggestions from those who have achieved a body fat under 10%? What's the best cardio to do and how often should one do it along with weight lifting?
@@nicebars What's your BF estimation now? If around 10-12%, try to lose your weight a little bit more, maybe around 2-4 kg loss. You need to force your body to burn stored fat, and since there's no (natural) spot reduction we can only lose our overall weight. It may take some time depends on your physique now.

You always tell us listeners to drop something in the comments that we’d like to see you make a video. My problem is when I’m at social events with friends, that I really tend to fall off my diet. I was wondering if you might show us what you do to A. Fight peer pressure to eat bad or drink alcohol and B. What sort of choices you’d make when it comes to eating out. Get the salad with beef, pork, chicken or salmon. Get cheese or avocado on the salad. Ask for olive oil and vinegar. Nuts are good. If that salad isn’t enough, ask for a side of steamed veggies with butter or olive oil, or rice or potato.

I did 2 hours of wrestling/grapling 3 times a week + did not eat 24 hours after each workout. I looked like Bruce Lee in 3 weeks. When I started I was 73 kg. I think I did also once a 3 day water fast during that period. In 3 weeks I got to 63kg. It was in thesummer. The food I ate was mostly Watermellon and apples and from my garden. Eating window was from mid day 12:00 till 17:00. The trainings were from 20:00 till 22:00. In the went back from 6 pack to 2 pack. But I do 3-4 days of water fasting ... slow jogging in the morning + some elastic band work + some wrestling drills. Hoe in 3 weeks I get back to BruceLee shape.

So I'm interested in the meal plans. Meal planning is always something I've struggled with. My questions are: 1. Are they able to be reasonably done by someone with a very busy schedule? 2. Are they able to be done on a lower middle class budget? With a military schedule and income, many meals plans I've tried in the past just haven't been realistic and it's been very frustrating. I've been a fan of your channel for years and have incorporated many aspects into my training, so I can only hope the dieting aspect is just as high quality.
On a budget, too: chicken breasts and kale/spinach with any other veggies you like. Low-carb, low-sugar is the basic formula. Intermittent fasting might work for you on a busy schedule. Chicken cooks quickly and greens are eaten raw
Hey quick question. Just started really taking fitness seriously and working out. For whatever reason with my schedule and self discipline I have a tendency to break my workout up instead of back to back sets and exercises. Hello Jeff. Hopefully you can make a core and leg workout vid for us people with foot issues. I have a fused left ankle and I cannot run, jump or squat much at all. I'm in my early 30's and just started back working out and trying to lose weight. 6'3 285 (lost 7lbs over the past few weeks thanks to you. Small victories right). Thanks for the vids can't really afford your programs just yet.

Just want to say that your videos are great and have taught me a ton. I am using a lot of your tips in workouts and nutrition tips to make a comeback from a torn bicep to do my first show this year. Keep them coming!
I did 2 hours of wrestling/grapling 3 times a week + did not eat 24 hours after each workout. I looked like Bruce Lee in 3 weeks. When I started I was 73 kg. I think I did also once a 3 day water fast during that period. In 3 weeks I got to 63kg. It was in thesummer. The food I ate was mostly Watermellon and apples and from my garden. Eating window was from mid day 12:00 till 17:00. The trainings were from 20:00 till 22:00. In the went back from 6 pack to 2 pack. But I do 3-4 days of water fasting ... slow jogging in the morning + some elastic band work + some wrestling drills. Hoe in 3 weeks I get back to BruceLee shape.
when I went hungry to wrestling practice the guys in the wrestling room told that I am on steroids , I had so much stamina and aggression.
Don't do what i am currently doing, eating icecream.

Great video - real information with benefits - best channel on this platform - i hate missguidence and this is definitely no BS.
So I'm interested in the meal plans. Meal planning is always something I've struggled with. My questions are:
1. Are they able to be reasonably done by someone with a very busy schedule?
2. Are they able to be done on a lower middle class budget?
With a military schedule and income, many meals plans I've tried in the past just haven't been realistic and it's been very frustrating. I've been a fan of your channel for years and have incorporated many aspects into my training, so I can only hope the dieting aspect is just as high quality.
On a budget, too: chicken breasts and kale/spinach with any other veggies you like. Low-carb, low-sugar is the basic formula. Intermittent fasting might work for you on a busy schedule. Chicken cooks quickly and greens are eaten raw
Hey quick question. Just started really taking fitness seriously and working out. For whatever reason with my schedule and self discipline I have a tendency to break my workout up instead of back to back sets and exercises. I’ve seen some serious gains already but wondering how important intensity is factoring in I’m lifting the same weight load. Thanks.
Tyler Haas if you want to build the most muscle, your sets should be back to back with max a couple minutes of rest.

Hey Jeff you make really good vids for individual muscle groups for example I just watched your shoulder workout video and a lot of your workouts involve cables or gym machines so I will really appreciate it if you can add a dumbbell only variation to every workout as-well.
