yeah it’s been a month and i already have 4 packs, I do 30-60 min jogging almost daily, and at noon I do 2 minutes of planking, 60 leg raises, 60 swimming kicks, and 60 of the leg raised + crunching. Before every exercise I warm up from head to toe.

It's important to remember that for the an exercises you need to try squeeze in your belly and breathe out when you contract so you don't build a muscular pot belly (especially if you currently have a bulging gut). Also for the leg and knee raises you should be aiming to lift your pelvis rather than legs so you activate your rectus abdominus rather than hip flexors. The legs will still swing up and down and act as a counterweight.

This is probably due to the fact that you don’t drink much water in general but i would recommend keep drinking water until your body gets used to it otherwise your body will think it needs to store it cus you aren’t drinking as much and it gives you that “bloat” you speak of. Promise it’ll work :)

You should be eating lots of protein (eggs, greens, chicken breast etc.) and before going to gym always prepare banana shake for better result. Or drink 2-3 tbls of apple cyder vineger before working out. Hope this help.
Hey Brett, I found out that for the leg raiser's you have to keep your shoulders up and Ur not just supposed to hang from the pull up bar. That way it prevents injury and also u can also work on your muscles too. Also please do a video on diet and exercise for teens to lose fat

@shreeram2256 abs are made in the kitchen. Eat 1gram of protein per pound of your goal body weight, cut the carbs and sugar and make sure you workout your core as well as your upper body. You'll see them as long as you're consistent.

There's always a way. Even if you can't keep control over the main dish like dinner, you can still control what you have for breakfast, lunch or supper. That's 3:1 for you already and when it comes to dinner, you can eat less of that if it's really unhealthy, drink some green tea afterwards and everything will be just fine. It won't spoil your effects. ^^

Mate I’ve been working out for about two years now and I can say from experience that if you truly want results then have tae stick with it even when you feel like giving up because I promise you if you give up you’re missing out on so many great benefits
Any kind of crunches will hurt your back more than anything. Your back muscles such as lats and erector spinae will be overextending whilst your psoas and iliac (waist area muscles) will be overly compressed. Its the same thing that causes back pain when you sit 24/7. Everything else covered was great.

There's always a way. Even if you can't keep control over the main dish like dinner, you can still control what you have for breakfast, lunch or supper. That's 3:1 for you already and when it comes to dinner, you can eat less of that if it's really unhealthy, drink some green tea afterwards and everything will be just fine. It won't spoil your effects. ^^

First Class no even with a fast metabolism eating healthy will still be crucial to abs, i have very fast metabolism too but i don’t get intended results if i’m not eating healthy

BradLad not true at all. You can get abs by eating healthy and doing some core workouts. Eating right is the most important step though

Mate I’ve been working out for about two years now and I can say from experience that if you truly want results then have tae stick with it even when you feel like giving up because I promise you if you give up you’re missing out on so many great benefits
Any kind of crunches will hurt your back more than anything. Your back muscles such as lats and erector spinae will be overextending whilst your psoas and iliac (waist area muscles) will be overly compressed. Its the same thing that causes back pain when you sit 24/7. Everything else covered was great.
