I’m a guy with 6.6 in wrists, and I bought this exact mini-CasiOak with rose gold indices. Superb watch. And unlike my other DW5600 G-shocks that I modded, this CasiOak is my go-to watch for outdoor activities. Thanks for the review. Always enjoy your content!
@@mohammedhamza5122 I would think it would look and feel fine. But remember , not all 6.5-6.6 in wrists are the same. For example, the flat surface of my wrist that my watch head sits upon spans about 54mm, so this mini CasiOak looks fine. But if your wrist is rounder, it may appear and fit differently.
I'm a guy and I would wear it, but I would like Casio to come out with more masculine colors. In terms of diameter, this is a typical size watch, so it really shouldn't be marketed toward women, but it is because the "men's" watches are huge in comparison. Our grandfathers wore 32-36mm watches. Now, men's watches start at 40mm and go up from there. This size watch is a nice return to regular size rugged watches.
I totally agree. Mens watches have grown to absolutely ridiculous sizes. Women's watches are now about the size that men's watches used to be. The size is what keeps me out of the G-Shock market.
I'm a petite guy (5'4") and I just picked one up. I normally go with a 38mm casing or 40mm max but usually get a dress style watch to avoid dwarfing my wrists. I wanted something different looking and rugged for when I'm in my kayak, on my bicycle/motorcycle, at the gym or at work to keep my other watches less beat up. I typically like Seiko but Casio owns the market in this department and no one seems to have anything that matches it. I'm really happy with it and love your review, thanks for dinner extra knowledge about it.
I like this small size CasiOak as you can add the metal case mod to it and still be a wearable nice size watch. Thanks for your comments LIS Learn Italian with Songs!
What a beautiful watch! The black-rose gold combination is cool! I’m a bit torn between this casioak (perfect for my small wrist) and the new solar “casioak”-like Casios.! Buy ‘em both? Could be an option… Thanks for the review!
I tried this watch on. In the display case it was just a black watch. I did not notice the rose gold markers until I had it on. The rose gold actually compliments the watch overall. If this was the only color I would buy it my preference is to wait and see what other colors Casio comes out with. As a man I would prefer silver, white or all black markers. Hope that helps.
Really considering getting one of these, I have quite small wrists so ideally not wanting the watch too look too big and sticks out from the top and bottom, is the man’s version just slightly thicker than the unisex model ?

That's wonderful, thanks for sharing Cecil!
How will it look on my 6.5 inch wrist??

I was going to say I would love this watch it’s just all the colors are a little too feminine

No one will ever match it, because of the amount of development that went into making it,there simply is no other way to make a watch this tough.
Well, it’s beautiful! And for a tiny wrist like mine , just perfect! Ill consider it for a(n auto) gift!
Great review, thank you!

I’ve got this one. Good review but there’s only one LED, at the approx. 5 o’clock position.
Thanks Rick, my mistake. Thanks for feedback and comments!
but it's double LED one for analog dial and one for digital. I think Digital LED will be behind the digital display?

Buy ‘em both?
Could be an option…
Thanks for the review!
The GMA's are great for smaller wrists! Thanks for comments.
I’m a 7” wrist dude, can I pull off this baby black one? How pink are the hands?

Will they introduce the solar. bluetooth version in this smaller size?
I’ve wondered that myself
I'm looking to buy one, are the buttons metal or plastic?
