Pottery Travel Straw Tumbler that Fits in a Car Cup Holder (handbuilt tutorial)!

In this handbuilt pottery tutorial, I'll first show you how to make a template and then how to construct this 24-ounce Tumbler with a straw that fits into a car cup holder.

Wonderful to see you up and able to get your hands on clay! Like your take on the sippy cup design. I’ve seen so many that look too much like the paper and plastic ones.-It has been over 100 degrees F here in Redding,California so I have been having some issues with drying too fast also. Thank goodness it gets much cooler in the morning and evening. -Liana

Make sure you cut the seam of the cup. Just use tape to hold it in place while you're forming your travel cup and then remove the tape and you can remove your form
