Video ideas: A video about how you ship, a video about your brine shrimp hatchery, a video of you going and catching wild guppies and a video of you getting a new strain of endler.

What about a video on you checking your tanks, Basically the things you look at at least weekly to figure out if you need to change something? Plants, water, fish etc. just the things worth checking at least weekly to spot issues before they become a bigger problem?

So I successfully bred my tetras using rain water (melted snow actually lol) and distilled water from the grocery store. Java moss and Cappa leaves. Anyways I waited roughly 3 days to see eggs. I separated the parents then I checked 24 hours later and noticed some eggs missing (but was thinking I was just crazy and that maybe they didn’t hatch yet) then decided to head to work an come back and check again. I looked super close and HOLY CRAP they are the worlds tiniest fish… you almost need a microscope to see them!!! They’re so unbelievably tiny like a glass splinter ❤ I’m so excited I did it successfully… how to hoping I can keep them alive lol

That's a pretty complicated process, nice job. It's as natural as one could hope to make it, with food growing in the container and all. Whatever environmental shortfalls artificial has compared to a natural environment, artificial makes up for it by having no predators and providing a controlled vs random environment. Things like using peat and providing the most varied diet available stabilize variables that are random and sometimes chaotic in the natural environment (and non-existent in most artificial environments). Very nice job.

Very good video series, thanks for putting it together. I'm now getting water ready myself to do a neon breeding. I'm anxious to see if I can get some results as well. I have been conditioning the males and females separately. I'm hoping that this works.

Could you use a marble (glass balls) as a substrate and maybe hang the peat in nylon net ? I'm sure I read that years ago. Great vid mate

Two questions. 1) you put a small filter in the tank at the beginning of the first video but then quickly removed it. Do we not have any concerns about the tank parameters or oxygenation? 2) you mentioned that the infusoria grows well in the main tank. Would it be at all beneficial to try and start that colony in the tank instead of a jar? Is there a method to do so?

Can't you just pestle those first bites into a finer powder, also glow line tetras spawn very similar to neons, I'd make a 10 gal mix spawn tank that I could just vac the substrate to hatch tanks. Blank tanks or super fine light weight sand with java should be perfect for spawn medium and egg hides. Then just use peat with an airstone in a sock for the soften. Good luck as always! Remember to keep your new fry in the shallows, it helps their development a lot!

I have a tank bigger than 10 gallon and not more than 15 gallon. I have plants, rocks, leaves, 4 tiny shrimps, 2 nerites and 10 neons. I noticed the neons are chasing each other. Idk if that is a sign of spawning or fighting? Idk what’s happening.

This would be the the jumpiest vid ever made. The stop start in editing has given me a headache. Smoother slower camera shots and spacing your speech would be much more enjoyable to watch as you have good content and info. Not having a go at you but just some constructive criticism for what it's worth. Cheers.
