@@PyatkaUbiyca both links you have provided are to somewhat smaller trailers. The first one also has significant issues: did you notice the driver of the mini had to sit in the car whilst his colleague feverishly cranked the winch handle so the latch bar retracted down so the driver could get out? not much good if you are on your own. Plus both trailers require significant "manual" input. Yes, they could be converted to electric, but air is a lot more simpler. leaks can be fixed/patched hoses can be replaced and compressed air is readily available at service stations, not so much electric motor repairs.....plus the ride quality of a correctly set up air suspension system is second to none. Just my 2 cents worth..... @MCY Industries thank you and well done as not many channels show their mistakes or hiccups, great to see you have as it makes anyone who also builds a similar trailer know what to be wary of.
Much industries you might want to look into patents I do beleave extensive metal works has this design patented becaus they have been building them for years
where can I get the plans
How much did you have in the steel?
How much did everything else cost?
That's the most important thing in this process imo
The steel itself cost me about 2k
Everything was about 7k
We don't care
Did you transfer all the drawings to fusion 360 then to fire control to cut on the cnc or did you get the files with the plans?
The plans came with dxf files that I imported into fusion 360
@@MCYIndustries Hey do you have all plans for this trailer. I want to build one. Thanks

You are awesome! i dream will make some thing similar...
why did you choose air suspension? have you considered simple mechanical solutions?
What would a simple mechanical solution be? I thought air was simple enough

А можно получить размеры всех деталей?
Much industries you might want to look into patents I do beleave extensive metal works has this design patented becaus they have been building them for years
I suggest a retired cement truck full of aggregate. Tumbled to perfection.
How long and wide is the trailer?
The trailer itself it about 23 ft long and 102 inches wide
could you send me a drawing?
thickness the plate
I don't speak english (google translator)
Various size, 1/8, 1/4, and 5/16 inches
@@MCYIndustries I think in metric that's about 3mm, 6mm, and 8mm.
@@PatrickKQ4HBD yes probably is. The plans are in metric but I’m in the USA so I needed to convert to inches
