The proof that this tastes amazing is that Rei scooped up every last crumb from the plate!! Yummy! Love the mother-daughter bonding and thanks for another amazing recipe ❤
Cute video she devoured her little cake lol ! She was ready for her 2nd go around lol. So precious and chocolat got a taste too! My dog are the same lol.
I just made these with strawberries from my yard! They turned out great! Wasn't sure what type of plastic you were using to line the rings so I ended up just using parchment paper and it worked fine.
Kid eats anything so cute. She said Yummy Yummyyyyy and asked for double one. Your short cake, strawberry is very very fresh from the garden and decoration is also beauty. Happy life and happy family. >^..^
I always fail at baking cakes cuz they never rise even if I follow ALL the steps! ;-; But I’ll try again with this recipe. It looks so cute and delicious! I have a little sister your daughter’s age and I hope she enjoys this too (she’s a VERY picky eater).
Hello! The strawberries sooooo pretty & fresh looking... Any tips for the whipped cream? As I'm in Singapore, its hot and humid whole year round, everytime when I use whipping cream, it melts very fast and I always have to chili it, bring it out to continue working on it then chili it.... its so upsetting sometimes that the cream just get runny very fast... I tried many different brands.. freeze the whipping bowl and whisk before whipping the cream and I usually tried to whip to firm peaks hoping it will keep the shape longer...
Hi!😊 I had a couple of more people from Singapore asking that questions before! That must be the every bakers struggle over there! If you can not cool down the room temperature, the best you could do is to dip the bowl of whipped cream in a bowl with ice water while you are working on it. Just make sure that the water does not go in the cream. It helps a lot to stabilize the cream. But once it's coated, it starts to getting soft again with heat/humidity, so I recommend to do it as quick as possible. You may want to chill in a fridge after crumb coating and finish the final coat after that. Hope that helps!
