      I loved it because I love both macarons and fraisier. I was not a huge fan of the orange juice in creme mousseljne though, like I said in the video. With kirsch, it would taste even better!

      Did you use both cake disc in the Frazier the 6cm and 5cm. ? Does the cake disc has to be smaller then the macaron?

    oh my god this channel is probably the most underrated channel ive ever seen. i made 2 berry tarts with your recipes (tart crust+pastry cream) and they were better than the tarts i had eaten at hotels and bakeries. yours were one of the VERY FEW youtube cooking vids that actually worked. im so thankful and i hope your channel gets the attention it deserves. have a great day and a great youtube career 💗

    Súper lovely recipe !! So glad to meet you… But can you give me a tip of how can I bake a much bigger macaron to slice it for like 10-12 people .. I mean the layers of macaron ..to have one single big cake 23-25 cm. Circumference
    Is it by piping the macaron or by spreading it? Thks in advance

      You can totally improve without going to school. I went to school but even after that, I felt I had a lot more to learn and never felt completed. You can start from just making something you love and practice. And most often we fail if it’s a first try or a few and that gives us chances to improve next time! It’s a slow process but just enjoy baking and it’ll take you further😉 I hope my channel can help you with that too!

    I am from the UK and we have plain and also self-raising flour but I have never heard of cake floor. Also my gas cooker is numbers from 1 to 8.

      You can bake the macarons ahead and store in airtight container - a day before or even a few days before if you need to. (With not a lot of space between so that they don’t get dried. Or you can wrap them)
      I recommend finishing the strawberry parts on the day of the event since the color gets darker pretty quickly. I recommend leaving the clear films on as long as possible before serving.
      And leave the cake at room temp some time before you eat it if you want to enjoy a softer texture! (The cream is firmer while it’s cold)

      I think I got them on Amazon or Japanese stores. If you type small cake rings on Amazon or other online stores, you can find some options!

    Hi Aya, I just followed ur steps making macaron now but my first batch/tray wasn’t successful as u mentioned after pipping we do not need to rest the macaron until it forms a layer but at the ends it turned out uneven surface and no feet at all. Please help me and provide advise how to continue the following few trays of my macarons now. I have 3 more trays waiting to bake. 😭🙏🏼

      Oh no! Did the surface crack? If it did, that means the heat from the bottom is too strong, so I recommend to lower the temperature and let the surface dried before baking. It happens with some ovens.
      If there is no feet with uneven surface, there are a couple of main reasons we can think of:
      The macaronage was not done enough if that looks stiff.
      The macaronage was done too much if it was runny.
      Or it could be just too much high heat in an oven.
      I kind of need to see how uneven it looks to judge what that cause is. I appreciate if you can give me more details of how it looks or anything else you noticed!

      No crack on the surface it’s just no feet and bumps on the surface of my macarons. Should I let all my macarons’s surface dried up to form a layer first before I bake?

      You could try it and see how it changes.
      Let me know how it went!
      It the batter looked very soft, it’s probably over mixed and it was stiff and the surface was not so shiny even before baking, the mixing was not done enough. I hope that gives some crue :(

    This is so cute, but the cream to cake ratio is too much cream, not enough cake. I would have put a cake layer on top before the top macaron. But definitely worth a tray
