Its supposed to keep the battery from 80-90% no? It stops charging to preserve the battery to keep it healthy. Have you let the mouse go down to see if it charges on lower battery?
Did they replace it? Same problem with same model of mouse and Powerplay.
Exact same issue happened to me, I just reached out to Logitech support. Did either of you get a replacement, Keith or Karlo?
I thought I had the same issue turns out my cord was swapped with my G560 speaker cord. Make sure that didn't happen💀
having the same issue less then a year old literally have not moved the thing. worked well until today i noticed my mouse was at 30% and not charging.
heppend to me and i dont know what to do...
A little late but wiping the charging contacts fixed mine
Idk it does not work once in awhile and i just wipe it again

it typically stops charging 80 percent so it will save the battery(heath wise as it is an lithium ion battery)

i just did the same thing, i can verify that you need a USB 3.0 connection for it to charge. I was pulling my hair out over this aswell!

It stops charging when its 90% its normal
ok i just found a problem you need to plug into USB 3.0
