One of my favorite training routines
CRAZY METABOLIC HIIT
Here we include one workout for muscle and one for the cardio which in term gives you the best result
I am damn sure it's new to you
The workout as follows
Do each workout 20 reps and 30 seconds of your cardio based workout
There is no rest in between workouts and you can take rest for 1 minute in between sets 😉
1. Bench press
2. Treadmill
3. Lat seated cable rowing
4. Elliptical trainer
5. Lateral rise
6. Cycling
7. Skull crusher
8. Burpees
9. Bicep curl
