Congrats and good luck to both!!! This twist sounds great, will hack it with a coffee bitters instead of infused sweet vermouth, and I have a calvados that was finished in an ex rye cask!!!! Love the Monday dram always fun to learn more about products. As for what you should start with, hmm, maybe something popular but eventually I want to know more about sherry, port and apera!
