- Hello, Boys and Girls. We are back with Instagram Cocktails Decoded, and today's cocktail recipe is the Pecanhattan, a delicious riff on the classic Manhattan by the Barrel Aged Dad - / barrelageddad
This cocktail recipe uses a Pecan nuts-infused bourbon and adds Maraschino Cherry Syrup and Chocolate Bitter for richer and more complex flavours. It is perfect for the holidays and Christmas celebrations.

PECANHATTAN COCKTAIL
- 60ml / 2oz Basil Hayden Bourbon (infused with Pecan Nuts)
- 30ml / 1oz Antica Formula Vermouth (or any Vermouth Rosso)
- 1 bar spoon Maraschino Cherry Syrup
- 2 dashes of Aztec Chocolate Bitters
- 1 dash of Angostura Orange Bitters

First its pecan, not pecan, but pecan 😛and yes I am busy doing nothing, but catching up with youtube community!!! Great video, and a cocktail I must make. Yes let's get a cherry cola video out even a short!! Add some brown sugar to the bourbon infused pecans, bake them for about 10 min at 375c for a great treat for a little amuse-bouche while sipping, especially for an eggnog.

I am so lazy. I'll try a dash of Walnut bitters, and then use the rest of the recipe. Although I do have a bottle of buttered Appleton Estate Run for this time of year. Love a riff on the Manhattan. Thx!

The best place to look for this glass is www.artis-uk.com/ but they are supplying bars and restaurants. I am not sure if you can find it to buy for home. Just google New Era Glass by Onis. You may be able to find it.
